Numbers keep growing and records continue to fall on the Asian Poker Tour, and the Incheon Main Event could be about to become the latest – and most noteworthy – example.
The 2025 edition saw a record 1,281 entries here at the Paradise City Casino. That record could well be broken once registration closes after the first level of Day 2 on Wednesday.
The $1M guarantee was smashed on Monday, with the prize pool now up to $1.8 million, while four live flights and the ‘Onlive’ flight on Natural 8 Poker have brought the total to 1,177 entries.

Day 2 into the money and on stream
That 2025 total of 1,281 entries was the most ever for an APT Main Event in Incheon, and just over 100 late registrants on Day 2 would be enough to set a new record.
Along with a potential new attendance record, the final 15 percent of the field will also have reason to celebrate, with Day 2 scheduled to play down to the money.
Day 2 is scheduled to play until the bubble bursts, at which point the surviving players will bag up for Day 3, where they’ll join the 39 players who advanced from the Natural 8 ‘Onlive’ flight.

Notables returning for Day 2
Along with overall chip leader Shawn Lee, who bagged 329,000 on Day 1B, there are plenty of former APT Lion Trophy winners who’ll be back on Wednesday as they continue their quest to add to their collection.

Also advancing to Day 3 from the ‘Onlive’ flight are the 2026 APT Incheon Super High Roller champion Jeremy Chan and 2023 APT Taipei Main Event champion Punnat Punsri.
