Daniel Negreanu is getting ready to pack his bags and leave the Land of the Free to head to Canada, where he can play online poker on the site he represents.

The reason? GGPoker is currently running the 2025 WSOP Online series, and there are 33 gold bracelets up for grabs.

Negreanu did the same last year, streaming nine events from Vancouver. He didn’t pick up a win, but he entertained his fans in large numbers, with 400,000+ viewers for his Main Event Day 2 run.

Negreanu heads to Vancouver on September 15, just in time for the $10K PLO Championship. We asked him which events he’s most looking forward to, and he told us his top two: the PLO Championship and the Main Event, which comes with a huge $25 million guarantee.

Spain and Brazil win early bracelets

What else might Negreanu have his eye on? The $10K Heads Up NLH Championship starts on September 20, and there’s a $1,050 PLO Mystery Bounty the following day. Day 2 of the Main Event runs September 22, followed by the $25,000 GGMillion$ SHR Championship.

After that comes the $5K PLO High Roller — one we can’t see him missing, with his love of four-card action — and another $10K NLH High Roller to round off the 33-event series.

Four events have crowned champions so far, with Spain and Brazil each claiming two bracelets. Oihan Abarzuza won the WSOP Kick-Off for $147,631, while Sergi Reixach took the biggest prize so far in Event #2 — the $300 Gladiators of Poker, where he topped a field of 13,077 for $465,614. Brazilian Dante Fernandes won $236,825 and the bracelet in Event #3, the $2,100 Bounty NLH Championship, while countrymate Arthur Ebrahim won Event #4, the $840 Bounty PLO, for $97,864.

The 2025 WSOP Online bracelet series is underway now and continues on GGPoker through September 29.
