In just a few days, the BSOP Millions will bring the largest poker event in Latin America to São Paulo from November 14 through 29 at the WTC Sheraton. It's one of the most anticipated events on the poker calendar, with large fields of poker players of all types and a location that can't be beat.
Big tournaments highlight a full schedule, from the Super High Roller Series to the BSOP Championship and a $2 million Main Event with everything in between.
Big fun in Brazil
It's not just a poker event. São Paulo offers players the unique opportunity to visit iconic spots such as Avenida Paulista, Ibirapuera Park, Pinacoteca, and many others. You can also find some of the best food in the world just steps from the venue.
But those too wrapped up in the poker action to make it out of the venue don't have to miss out on the good stuff. A plaza featuring various food options will be available throughout the day and late into the night. Speaking of which, the on-site VBET Sports Bar — in association with co-sponsors PokerStars — will be showing sporting events, hosting musical attractions and offering special prizes and contests throughout the series.
The WTC Sheraton area is served by a train station and buses, and you can reach the poker room in just a few minutes by foot if you are staying in the neighborhood. And don't worry if you haven't booked yet, as the large number of hotels in the area means there should still be availability even at late notice.
Big fun at the tables, too
On the felt, for the first time in the history of the BSOP Millions, the Super High Roller Series will run from November 14 through 23. The mini-series will offer seven high-stakes buy-ins with a $100K Super High Roller Main Event, the first six-figure buy-in in the country's history.
Other big buy-ins on the Super High Roller schedule include the $10,000 Invitational on Nov. 14, along with multi-day events priced at $20K, $30K, and $50K. The schedule rounds out with two one-day Super High Rollers.

$400K in added prizes, plus special Gold Tournaments
In addition to some major tournament guarantees — see below — the BSOP is sweetening the pot with two special additions.
The first relates to the upcoming BSOP Summer Millions, set to take place during the last week of January. 400 Main Event seats, worth $1,000 each, have been added to the prizepools, and will be awarded to all event champions as well as the top 100 finishers in the Main Event, the top 100 in the BSOP Championship and the first 100 players to participate in the Super High Roller Series.
Another perk winners should be aware of is the added $20K gold personlized card protector which will be awarded to eight champions during the series.
These have been set aside for the winners of the Main Event and BSOP Championship, as well as the victors in the Start-Up, Grand High Roller, Monster Stack, Mini Championship, High Roller Championship, and the Main Event of the Super High Roller Series.
Biggest prizepool in Brazil's history
The festival wraps up with the twin billing of two major championships. The $2,000,000 GTD Main Event will bring a $1,000 buy-in and several opening flights from Nov. 16–20 before the following week, when the $6,000 BSOP Championship will lay out a $4,000,000 guarantee with four opening flights from Nov. 22–25.
The latter will feature the largest prizepool for any tournament ever held in Brazil, and is guaranteed to award at least $800K to the winner.
A Mini Championship will offer a $1,200 mulligan Nov. 26–29, while the rest of the schedule features everything from the Seniors Event Nov. 16–17, a Monster Stack on Nov. 25, and the Ladies Championship on Nov. 22–23.
Nightly turbos, mixed games, and other small buy-ins will fill out the 16 days of a packed 104-event schedule.
