When Martin Kabrhel and Nik 'Airball' Arcot took their seats for Hustler Casino Live's High Stakes Thursday, it was only a matter of time before the fireworks ignited – and ignite they did, but with a twist. With the stakes at $200/$400/$400 and more than $200,000 in each player's stack, the necessary ingredients for a big pot were present and accounted for.

The only thing missing? Two big hands to pile the money in with.

'Play stupid games, win stupid prizes'

Jeff the Cash kicked off the action with a raise to $3,000 with before Arcot fired in a three-bet from the small blind to $15,000 with . With the $800 straddle in front of him, Kabrhel opted to cold call Arcot's three-bet with . Jeff the Cash fled the scene, leaving the two players to watch on as the dealer spread the flop.

With $33,800 in the middle, both players improved to a flush – the nuts for Arcot and the second nuts for Kabrhel. Arcot's $8,000 continuation bet led to a call from Kabrhel to bring in the turn. With the board paired, Arcot opted to slow down with a check, leaving Kabrhel to take the initiative with a $32,000 bet. After a moment or two of thought, Arcot made the call and the river completed the board.

Arcot checked once again and Kabrhel went for it all, firing in an over-bet for his opponent's remaining $143,900. With a shake of the head and a sigh, Arcot slid a stack of chips forward for a call and Kabrhel rolled over his hand to show his flush.

Rather than immediately reveal his superior flush, Arcot took his time – intentionally slow-rolling Kabrhel – before throwing his cards face up into the middle of the felt. While the players around the table giggled and whispered, Kabrhel, to his credit, didn't react at all to the slow roll and simply asked the dealer to tell him how much he owed Arcot.

"I'm sorry I thought I just had ace-high," Arcot said. "Play stupid games, win stupid prizes."

In the aftermath of the session, Arcot and Kabrhel offered up their thoughts on the hand – check out the video in the Twitter/X post above.

"It was cool. I really enjoyed it. I would enjoy it [even more] if he takes like two more minutes," Kabrhel told the cameras. "It was only for $450K pot so nothing too crazy."
