Veteran actor-comedian Jason Alexander will be hosting his 21st annual celebrity poker tournament in late March to benefit the WeSPARK Cancer Support Network. Alexander, the famed co-star of "Seinfeld" and a recreational player who has participated in the WSOP Main Event, will again chair the WeSPARK fundraiser.
This year's gala will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at the Woodland Hills Country Club in Los Angeles in an event that's open to the public. The poker tournament features a $150 entry fee, with prizes for the top finishers and a trophy the winner.
WeSPARK Cancer Support Center, according to its mission statement, offers secondary support services for cancer survivors and their families. The licensed charity enhances the quality of life for cancer patients, survivors and their loved ones. WeSPARK states that it "provides free programs and services, which alleviate the physical and emotional side effects of a cancer diagnosis," while offering a spctrum of wellness services.
