The latest episode of PokerStars' The Big Game on Tour hit the airwaves on Saturday, bringing audiences the penultimate chapter of the show's run. Loose Cannon Jordan Handrich hoped to continue along the comeback trail after partially digging herself out of the hole on last week's episode – but things didn't exactly go according to plan.

With Jennifer Tilly still leading in the profit and loss rankings, the rest of the table – Sam Grafton, Griffin Benger, Andre Akkari, and Gerard Pique – had their work cut out for them as the allotted 150 hands of action drew nearer to a close. After picking up a small pot against Benger with a well-timed bluff, Handrich looked to be continuing her comeback. The very next hand off the deck, she peeled a premium holding and it was off to the races.

Queens vs. jacks, run it four times

Unfortunately for Handrich, her horse was at a serious disadvantage in the race as a cooler ensued. Akkari kicked off the action with a raise to $700 from the button with . Handrich, with $33,500 in her stack, peeled and announced a pot-sized raise to $2,600 – shedding Tilly from the big blind. It didn't take long for Akkari to announce a pot-sized raise of his own to $8,000. Within seconds of Akkari's raise coming in, Handrich fired out a five-bet to $24,400.

As Grafton and Benger needled Akkari, he moved all-in over the top.

Andre Akkari couldn't fade Loose Cannon Jordan Handrich's flush draw in a pot that brought her roaring back to life. Andre Akkari and Loose Cannon Jordan Handrich tangled in a $67,600 pot.

"That's probably not a good thing, but I call," Handrich said.

With $67,600 in the middle – and Handrich's Loose Cannon life on the line – the two players agreed to run four full boards. Unfortunately for her, Pique had folded one of her two immediate outs, leaving Handrich with only one jack to find in the deck. With the rest of the table in her corner, Handrich needed to get seriously lucky to stay in the game.

Alas, it was not meant to be, as none of the four runouts improved Handrich and she took her leave from the table – with a round of applause and goodbye hugs from her tablemates to somewhat soften the blow.

Main Event champ tags in

With Handrich sent home, 2024 WSOP Main Event Champion Jonathan Tamayo tagged in to fill the empty seat at the table. Tamayo didn't involve himself in any big pots this episode, but with one more installment of the show's run still to come, we may see the Main Event Champ mix it up in the cash game streets.
