ACR Poker is starting the 12 days of Christmas early this year with the launch of its Mini Online Super Series (MOSS) from December 17.

Running through to December 28, the 12-day series has a $2.5 million guarantee across over 100 events aimed at players looking to make a splash without breaking the bank. Low buy-ins are the order of the day, with no tournaments in the series costing more than $109 and plenty running at $11 or under.

Three Main Events are in the calendar, all for December 28 at 11:30am ET, at a choice of buy-in levels and each with a guaranteed prizepool. The $44 Main Event features a $150K guarantee, the $11 Mini Main will award at least $50K, and the $2.50 Micro Main comes with a minimum of $10K in the prize pot.

Elsewhere the schedule offers a choice of games — 5-card PLO8 and stud hi/lo will feature alongside hold’em — and formats including mystery bounties and progressive knockouts.

“It’s been a big year for the ACR community," said ACR Poker pro Chris Moneymaker, announcing the new series. "The MOSS gives us a chance to bring everyone together for some fun poker action over the holiday season."

Chris Moneymaker had a successful start to the Super Main Event Chris Moneymaker, sporting his ACR Poker patch at WSOP Paradise.

$400K GTD across three multi-flight tournaments

Events with multiple starting flights provide the chance to land big prizes for small buy-ins, as well as plenty of opportunities to qualify for Day 2. Three such tournaments feature in the MOSS, each offering regular flights throughout the day leading up to the finale of each on December 28.

  • The $250K GTD Christmas Special PKO has a buy-in of $66 and will offer 9 starting flights per day.
  • The $100K GTD Sunday Squeeze MB is a mystery bounty event with a $33 buy-in, and Day 1s running every two hours.
  • The $50K GTD Dime MB is another mystery bounty, this time with a buy-in of just $5.50, and starting flights again running every two hours.

Flights for the $5.50 and $33 events are already up and running, with the $66 tournament kicking off from December 17.

The final day for each event will be December 28 (4:05pm ET for the $66 and $33, and 2:05pm for the $5.50), with last-minute Day 1s running right up to the wire.

Player Appreciation Month

The MOSS forms part of ACR Poker’s Player Appreciation Month, running throughout December, which includes increased prizes in the site’s weekly rake races The Beast, Sit & Crush and Blitz Beast, as well as various tournament ticket drops.

There’s also a leaderboard contest for players in the MOSS with $14,500 in cash and prizes to be won, awarding prizes as follows:
