Following its debut in 2024, the PokerStars Mystery Bounty Series is returning for those in the site’s global player pool from July 13-21.
Altogether there are 55 events taking place across the nine-day online festival, each in the popular mystery bounty format. This twist on traditional multi-table tournaments holds back a certain portion of the prize money to be awarded to those who eliminate opponents once the tourney’s money-bubble has burst.
The number and amount of remaining mystery bounty prizes remains visible throughout the tournament, creating a fun sweat for players who can track how many big prizes are left, and how much they might make with the next elimination.
Two Main Events will award at least $625K
A range of bankrolls will be catered to, starting at just $5.50 and running up to $215. The festival features two Main Events, both taking place on July 20, at two different price points:
- The $109 Main Event will feature a $500K GTD prizepool
- The $11 Mini Main Event will award at least $125K
Additionally, a special $75 edition of the Sunday Special will run as a mystery bounty event, with $350K guaranteed. Each event on the schedule carries a guarantee, with $3M GTD across the series.
