In April, PokerOrg spoke to Dustin Iannotti, founder and director of video production company Artisans on Fire, about the need for an entirely new narrative when it comes to poker content and his documentary series in the works centered on the 2024 World Series of Poker Paradise.

In the months since, many in the poker world have waited with bated breath for further information about the project.

On Wednesday, the wait ended as the trailer for the project, aptly titled No Limit, was released to the public – and there's even more good news. The first two episodes of the series will release next week on November 4 at 2:00PM PT, with two new episodes dropping each week up to the 2025 WSOP Paradise festival.

No Limit in Paradise

In the opening frames of the trailer, we hear from notable names like Daniel Negreanu, Jeff Platt, and Faraz Jaka as they set the scene for the series — the 2024 WSOP and it's record-breaking $50M guaranteed Super Main Event. Within seconds, the subject matter becomes clear and, hopefully, the hooks are in.

From there, we encounter a dizzying array of poker superstars: Kristen Foxen, Jesse Lonis, Scott Seiver, Alan Keating, Maria Ho, Liv Boeree, Alexander 'Wolfgang' Seibt, and, of course, Phil Hellmuth

Rising star Jesse Lonis is one of the big names involved in the WSOP Paradise documentary. Rising star Jesse Lonis is one of the big names involved in No Limit.

While the series will clearly follow the highs and lows of each of these players as they battle their way through WSOP Paradise, it also dives into stories beyond the felt.

No Limit will also provide audiences with a glimpse into the lives of these players beyond the felt. Maria Ho opens up about dating within the poker world. Daniel Negreanu and his wife Amanda open up about their journey into parenthood. Jesse Lonis tells the cameras of his rise from poverty to the high-roller scene. Phil Hellmuth makes it clear that "Legacy, legacy, legacy," is the only thing that matters to him in the game at this point in his career.

If the trailer is any indication, poker fans – and newcomers to the game – are in for a wild ride.
