The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has cleared PokerOrg’s parent company, Triple Barrel Media Ltd. (TBM), to operate as a registered Gaming Service Provider. The decision lets us film, report, and partner with licensed casinos and online operators across the Keystone State while meeting the state’s responsible-gaming and advertising requirements.
Pennsylvania’s watchdog is renowned for deep background checks on ownership, finances, and integrity. TBM’s approval follows a three-year, continent-wide push that has already earned:
- New Jersey – Vendor Registration and Ancillary Casino Service Industry Enterprise (ACSIE) status
- Nevada – Service Provider license for marketing affiliates
- Michigan – Internet Gaming Supplier license and Affiliate Certificate
- Canada – CRA Business Number and full GST/HST registration
With Pennsylvania now on the roster, PokerOrg is fully vetted in every major regulated poker market in North America.
