PokerStars' unveiled today the highlights of another upcoming regional Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP). The tournament series for Southern European players returns with plenty of events for players to get excited about. The action kicks off on April 2nd and runs through the 23rd.
Players in the Italy market will compete for a guaranteed €7.5 million, the largest ever in the region. Meanwhile, players in the SEU pool can qualify for as little as €1 to battle for the guaranteed prize pool of €10 million.
The series highlights include the return of the Sunday Million on April 2nd. The PKO tournament offers qualifiers starting at €1 and a guaranteed prize pool of €1 million.
The Spicy 50 takes place in both regions on April 9th. In France, Portugal, and Spain, a €50 buy-in gives players a shot at the €200,000 prize pool, with a top prize of €50,000. In Italy, players compete for a €250,000 prize pool with the same €50,000 top prize.
The crown jewel, the SCOOP Main Event, takes place April 23rd. Players in France, Portugal, and Spain will fight for a guaranteed €500,000 prize pool. In Italy, players will compete for €400,000.
