If you're suffering from World Series of Poker summer camp withdrawals, the antidote is here.

Nick Schulman, one of poker's most popular and respected voices, will host a poker talk show on SiriusXM for the next six weeks

Poker Weekly with Nick Schulman debuts this Saturday, July 18 at 8:00pm ET, airing exclusively on SiriusXM's Mad Dog Sports Radio (Channel 82) on a weekly basis.

The eight-time bracelet winner, Poker Hall of Famer, and seasoned veteran of the commentary booth plans to share his unique insights into poker, strategy tips through hand breakdowns, and insider stories from on and off the felt – all cultivated across a career at the tables that spans more than 20 years – with listeners across North America.

Schulman also aims to feature a number of notable guests, drawing from his wide pool of friends and peers within the poker community.

Nick Wright, host of FS1's First Things First talk show and co-host of PokerGO's No Gamble, No Future, will join Schulman for the show's maiden voyage as the first guest

"I’m honored to be on SiriusXM talking about poker, a game that means so much to me and so many of us,” Schulman said in a press release shared by Sirius XM. “Having a platform like this helps legitimize poker being a game of skill, and it means a lot to me to be a part of that."

One of the best in the booth

For years, Schulman has been honing what his frequent co-commentator Ali Nejad might describe as the gift of the gab and that experience should aid him well in his new role as radio show host.

Whether he's alongside Nejad for the night shift coverage of the WSOP Main Event or with AJ Benza in the recording booth for High Stakes Poker, Schulman consistently delivers and is widely regarded as one of poker's most engaging voices. Despite its limited timeframe, fans of Schulman's oratory style and story-telling can expect no shortage of compelling content – and there may be more to come.

In his own post to social media (linked above), Schulman noted that the six-week run comes on a trial basis, but if SiriusXM like what they hear more airtime could be on the way.

As we inch ever-closer to the 2026 WSOP Main Event final table in early August, it's good to know that Schulman's show will provide a much-needed dosage of fresh poker content – just the thing to tide us over and, hopefully, take us forward.
