PokerGO's Cash of the Titans returns to the screen tomorrow, August 21, for three days of live-streamed, high stakes action. Andrew Robl and Alan Keating highlight the third iteration of Cash of the Titans, alongside Justin Gavri, Andrew Pacheco, Kirk Brown, Darin Feinstein, and Shawn Madden

If you're unfamiliar with the Cash of the Titans format, each player starts with $100,000 in front of them and is allowed two add-ons for the same amount. While the blinds start at $100/$200, periodic increases throughout the three days of play incentivize players to get in on the action as the game only grows larger over time. In addition to the buy-in and add-ons, all participants post $75,000 for a side pot which will be distributed to the profit leaders across Day 1, Day 2, and the overall series.

Cash of the Titans' unique format combines standard cash game play with the structure and reward system of a tournament to create a hybrid of the two variants that all but guarantees major action. With Jeff Platt and Brent Hanks in the commentary booth, Cash of the Titans 3 will stream live on PokerGO from August 21-23.

The reigning champion? Kristen Foxen

Cash of the Titans 2 reigning champion Kristen Foxen will not defend her title, but few can forget the epic clash that led to her victory. After bobbing and weaving her way through the first two days of play, Foxen surged into the profit lead in the final hand of the battle. While Sean Perry's dominant performance had him positioned to take down the lion's share of the side pot along with his profit, Foxen's last-second clash with Andrew Robl saw her take the lead – and the cash – in a dramatic finish.

Robl, not far off of the profit lead himself, took his shot at the top spot when he four-bet jammed with . As the final piece of the side pot went to the most profitable player over the three days, he needed to generate a pot large enough to take the lead. Unfortunately for him, Foxen had Robl dominated with and the $497,500 went her way – along with the $200,000 bonus.
