The World Series of Poker today released the schedule of events for the domestic portion of the ongoing WSOP Online bracelet series, to be held on WSOP.com. The series will consist of 33 bracelet events open to players on the WSOP's tri-state domestic network, serving Michigan, New Jersey, and Nevada. The series begins on September 29 and concludes on November 12.

The WSOP will also offer a four-bracelet-event miniseries for players on its standalone site serving players in Pennsylvania. Specific dates for those four events have yet to be announced, but the likeliest scenario could put them on Sundays in late October and November.

As for the tri-state, 33-bracelet series, buy-ins will range from $250 to $5,300. The $1,000 NLH Online Championship serves as the series' main event, getting underway on November 10. That's the same starting day as the last of five mystery bounty tourneys scattered throughout the series, which are also the only five events that include guaranteed prize pools ranging from $200,000 to $500,000. The mystery bounty format itself is new to WSOP.com, having been added as part of a recent software overhaul.

New themed events

Besides the standard offerings such as the online championships, the kickoff and series 'saver' tourneys, and four high-roller events, a couple of new fall-themed tourneys are included. A $333 NLH Triple Treys Tip-Off is set for October 22, the same date the NBA (National Basketball Association) regular season begins. Halloween Day, October 31, will feature a new twist on an old favorite with the $666 NLH 'Spooky' MonsterStack.

Most of the series consists of no-limit hold'em fare, though four PLO events are also part of the mix. There's also a Sunday emphasis, in an effort to provide extra bracelet action on what is traditionally online poker's busiest day of the week, as six of the seven Sundays during the domestic WSOP Online offer two bracelet events each.

“Grab your chargers and get ready,” said the WSOP's Senior Vice President and Executive Director, Ty Stewart. “With legal jurisdictions on both coasts and now in the Midwest with Michigan, most U.S. players should be within a reasonable distance to log onto our network and get in on the action. The WSOP Online 2024 domestic schedule should feature the largest online prize pools of the year that players will not want to miss.”

The WSOP also promises a full assortment of online satellites and advises players to "keep an eye on the [WSOP.com] client for more details on the WSOP Online series and events.
