The 2025 WSOP starts in less than two weeks, and poker players around the world are busy with last-minute prep ahead of a long summer grind in search of a coveted bracelet. It's not just the big-name players, either. The WSOP attracts everyone from the superstars to the recreational players hoping to get lucky and win life-changing money.

The feature-length documentary Bracelet Hunt looks at them all, with six episodes featuring recognizable names such as Jeff Madsen, Mike Holtz, Jamie Kerstetter, and Asher Conniff, along with amateur players Kyle Miholich and Tamas Lendvai

Madsen is the name most people will recognize. In Bracelet Hunt, he's 37 and playing in his 16th World Series. Madsen started playing at 18 with the goal of getting good enough to take a shot at the WSOP by the time he turned 21. Incredibly, he won two bracelets that year, becoming the youngest player to ever win one. He lost that record the next year to Steve Billirakis, but Madsen has now won four bracelets in total and has career earnings of almost $7 million. Can he find his fifth here?

The Ultimate Stack

Bracelet Hunt isn’t new – all six episodes were previously released individually. But if you missed them the first time around, this is a great time to watch them all in one place. With all six players, you get a unique inside-the-rail experience that gets you close to the action, as well as a deeper understanding of how (and why) they’re approaching the WSOP.

Another reason to watch is that it's made by Michael Bailey, who is responsible for one of our favorite poker documentaries ever, The Ultimate Stack, which followed players all the way through the 2023 WPT World Championship. While it might not be as polished as The Ultimate Stack – which had a larger budget and full production team – it's still a highly recommended watch.
