Following the recent run of double-bracelet winners in the domestic portion of the 2023 WSOP Online series, a brand new bracelet winner has emerged in Tjan "ineedcougars" Tepeh, winner of Event #22, $500 NLH "Big 500" 6-Max.

Tepeh, a Slovenian national playing from Las Vegas, claimed his first-ever World Series of Poker gold bracelet in the event that concluded Saturday night. The triumph was worth $43,243.78 in addition to the bracelet, in the largest cash of his live career.

The bracelet win also adds to a recent run of successes for Tepes, who cashed in nine WSOP events this past summer -- four live and five online. Besides those scores, in an online Circuit event in July that wasn't part of the WSOP's summer bracelet-event schedule, Tepes won the opening event of the July WSOPC Online Super Circuit series for his first Circuit ring.

Tepeh tops off 377-entry 'Big 500'

Tepeh's first bracelet win came over a 377-entry field in Event #22, which consisted of 211 players who also added 166 rebuys. That 377-entry field built a $169,650 prize pool that was distributed to the top 36 finishers.

Finishing second in the Big 500 was Tyler "residualvibe" Hirschfield, whose near-miss for a bracelet was still worth $26,719.87. Third went to Brian "BaulHardigan" Gates for a payday of $18,373.09.
