This is the second lawsuit brought against the former poker player for cheating during online games

The cases against Mike Postle continues to mount, and a new lawsuit was filed by another professional poker player who claims to be cheated by the controversial player. This is part of a case against Postle, tournament Director Justin Kuraitis and the Stones Gambling Hall casino for alleged fraud while playing live-streamed cash games in which Postle played with results that don't seem entirely possible. The latest lawsuit comes from poker pro Marle Cordeiro, who has filed a separate lawsuit to Postle for $250,000 for violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

Cordeiro was one of the many opponents who played against Postle during the time he was a regular in the Stone Live Stream. In her lawsuit, Cordeiro presents as evidence a statistical analysis in which hands are being analyzed, as well as the count of how many times he Postle peeked into his lap while he was playing. Cordeiro also mentions something that occurred during a session that took place on May 6, 2019, in which Postle gives references in the Stones Live stream commentary booth about only two cards being displayed from a hand, but, at that point, he would not have been able to view the broadcast.

This open case already includes $30 million in lawsuits, $10 million from Postle, $10 million from Stones Gambling Hall and $10 million from Kuraitis. The case is still awaiting a response to a motion presented by Postle in late March in which he is requesting the court to dismiss the case against him for not having enough evidence.
