PokerOrg Pick 3 for SCOOP Terms and Conditions

THIS COMPETITION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

  1. The promoters of the Competition are PokerOrg (whose registered office is at Suite 2-5-7, 5th Floor, Clinch’s, Lord St, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LN) ("Promoter", "we" or "us").

  2. Agreement to Terms
    • By entering the Competition, each participant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Special Terms and confirms that they meet all eligibility requirements.
    • In these Special Terms, a reference to “you”, “your”, “entrant” is a reference to the persons wishing to participate in the Competition and a reference to “winner” is a reference to the winner of the Competition.
    • The Competition is not in conjunction with or tied to any other competition or promotions that may be running at the same time or other times.

  3. Who is Eligible?
    • Entrants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    • Entrants must hold a valid passport and be able to travel to Dublin from March 31 to April 7, 2026.
    • Employees of PokerOrg, its affiliates, agencies, or suppliers (and their immediate families) are not eligible.
    • Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility before a prize is awarded.
    • Each Entrant is limited to submitting one (1) entry only; additional entries submitted by the Entrant subsequent to their first entry will not be counted and may result in disqualification of the Entrant
    • Entrants must not allow or permit another person to take part in the Competition on their behalf.

  4. Entry period
    • The Competition runs from February 18 to March 1, 2026, at 8am ET (“Entry Period”).

  5. How to enter the Competition
    • Create an account or ensure you are signed up to PokerOrg. 
    • Pick a team of three (3) players from the eligible lists of players (one from the 'Big Hitters' and two from 'The Field'). These players are not guaranteed to play SCOOP.
    • Entrants have until March 1, 2026, at 8am ET to make changes to their team selection. All team entries must be submitted through the team entry mechanic. No late entries can be accepted under any circumstances, and no entries can be accepted via any other method of entry.
    • PokerOrg reserves the right to modify or remove any team name that contains content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory.
    • Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat the game system, including collusion, use of bots or automated tools, or submitting false information, will result in immediate disqualification.
    • Points will be awarded to each player based on their total in the official overall SCOOP leaderboard, run by PokerStars.
    • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.

  6. Winner Selection
    • After SCOOP 2026, the team with the highest combined points total will win.
    • In the event of a tie for 1st place, the winner will be determined by the closest answer to the tiebreaker question: “How many entries will the 3 SCOOP Main Events get (Low, Medium and High) combined?”
    • If still tied, the the winner will be decided by random draw.
    • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  7. Notification and Claiming the Prize
    • The winner will be contacted immediately after the event via the contact information provided (email or phone).
    • The winner must confirm acceptance within 24 hours of notification.
    • Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
    • Any alternate winner will have 3 hours to respond, and failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of the next winner, and so on.
    • It is the entrants’ responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and that they can receive messages (including checking spam folders).
    • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in any publicity material, including but not limited to interviews, promotional videos, and written content, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  8. Prize Details
    • The winner will receive a $5K Irish Poker Open Package, consisting of:
      • Buy-in to the €1,150 Irish Open Main Event.
      • Buy-in to the €250 Mini Irish Open.
      • Flights and accommodation. 
      • All other costs, including travel insurance, meals, and incidentals, are the responsibility of the winner.
    • Second-to-tenth-place prizes are $109 PokerStars tournament tickets. 
      • A merch substitute is available if you're not eligible to play on PokerStars.
    • Physical merchandise prizes (2nd–10th place) will be shipped to a valid mailing address provided by the winner. Failure to provide a valid address within 28 days of notification will result in forfeiture of the prize.
    • Every Entrant who submits a valid PokerStars username will be credited with a freeroll ticket. 
      • The winner of this freeroll will get a $5K Irish Open package.
      • You can only win one Irish Open package in the Pick 3 promotion. If one Entrant wins the freeroll and the overall Pick 3 first prize, they will only be eligible for one Irish Open package. PokerOrg will find an alternative winner for the second package. 
    • Every Entrant who submits a valid PokerStars username will also be entered into a raffle to win free $5.50 satellite seats to the $109 SCOOP Main Event (Low).
    • All tournament tickets are only eligible to .COM players with a real money PokerStars account. The account must be active and in good standing, and it must belong to the player participating.
    • Licenses not eligible to receive online rewards because of regulatory restrictions include SE, DE, GR, and BE.

  9. Prize Conditions
    • The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash alternative.
    • The winner must be 21 years of age or older at the time of the competition, be in possession of a valid passport, and be able to travel to Dublin, Republic of Ireland, from March 31 to April 7, 2026.
    • The winner must be a registered member of PokerOrg.
    • If the winner is unable to attend the 2026 Irish Poker Open for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another Entrant.
    • The winner is responsible for securing all necessary travel documents and complying with entry requirements for Dublin. 
    • The winner must behave in a manner that does not bring PokerOrg, its affiliates, or partners into disrepute.
    • The Promoter may request a copy of Entrant's valid passport or other documents or information with respect to eligibility for the prize (e.g. in relation to visas). Entrants must supply these documents upon request and by the date specified by the Promoter. If this paragraph is not complied with, an Entrant will not be eligible for the prize and will forfeit the prize. The Promoter may then select an alternative winner using the selection procedure set out in paragraph 7. 
    • Entries suspected of being created by bots or scripts will be disqualified.
    • We reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any that violate the spirit of the competition.

  10. Use of Content
    • By entering, Entrants grant PokerOrg a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and share their team and name on PokerOrg’s websites, social channels, and promotional materials.

  11. General
    • Personal data will be processed in accordance with PokerOrg’s Privacy Policy.
    • PokerOrg is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues affecting participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokerOrg shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation or prize use, except where caused by its own negligence or fraud. PokerOrg reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.
    • These terms may be modified or new conditions added, at any time at PokerOrg’s sole discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  12. Governing Law (For U.S. Residents)
    • For residents of the United States, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Competition shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the Streamlined Arbitration Rules of JAMS.
    • Arbitration will take place in New York, New York. There is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
    • Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings, including class actions.
