SCOOP Warm-Up Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

THIS COMPETITION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

1. By opting in to the PokerStars SCOOP Warm-Up giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   
   
2. The promoter of the competition is PokerOrg (registered at Suite 2-5-7, 5th Floor, Clinch’s, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LN).
   
   
3. These terms may be modified, or new conditions added, at any time at PokerOrg’s sole discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
   
   
4. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate and reside in a jurisdiction where participation in this competition is not prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure their participation is legal in their country or state of residence.
   
   
5. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate.
   
   
6. All entries must be submitted before 11:59pm ET on Monday, February 9, 2026. Late entries or entries via any other method will not be accepted.
   
   
7. You can enter via Facebook and X but you are only eligible to win one prize.
   
   
8. PokerOrg will be the sole decision-maker in any interpretation of the rules, and any awarding of prizes will be final and conclusive.
   
   
9. By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their name, image, likeness, and statements by PokerOrg for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   
   
10. In the event of a breach of any of these terms, PokerOrg reserves the right to refuse you entry and/or disqualify you from the competition. All such decisions by PokerOrg will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
    
11. By participating, you agree that PokerOrg may collect and use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including for prize fulfillment and promotional communications.
    
    
12. PokerOrg will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    

    PRIZE INFO

13. 14 winners will each receive:
    • One seat to the SCOOP Warm-Up $109 Main Event.
    
    
14. Winners will be contacted on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, via the platform used to enter. Each winner must respond within 24 hours to confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to confirm within that time will result in forfeiture, and PokerOrg reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
    
    
15. Winners will be announced on Thursday, February 12.
    
    
16. PokerOrg is not responsible for any winner’s inability to play the tournament on PokerStars. In such cases, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at PokerOrg’s discretion.
    
    
17. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives will be offered.
    
    
18. All decisions by PokerOrg regarding eligibility, selection, and prize fulfillment are final.
