The massive series has attracted several big names, but Blom is ready for the challenge

The Poker Central Online Super Series is currently running, and its Super High Roller Bowl is offering exciting, good-quality poker action. Leading the event is Swedish star Viktor Blom, who has not disappointed anyone with his performance. He wrote history back in 2018 when he won the live German MILLIONS Main Event, where he made one of the most impressive table reads by sniffing out a bluff and taking over the tournament by making the right choice. His game during online events has also been outstanding.

In the current Super High Roller Bowl Online Series, Blom was able to score a victory in event #14, the $25,000 No-Limit Hold’em. He defeated Mike ‘SirWatts’ Watson in the final heads-up and boosted his winning from the whole series to $407,500 - enough to become the current leader of the overall championship.

This event did not lack talent nor pro players; Sam Greenwood, David Peters and Adrian Mateos were also there, and they all cashed out from this tournament. The competition when starting Event #17 was fierce and Blom actually failed to make it to the final table and falling just outside of it. The actual winner was Mateos, with a top prize of $527,510.

So far, 60% of the series has been completed and both Blom and Mateos are running for one of the podiums. However, Blom seems to be getting comfortable in first place, with a total of 894 points accumulated, which is 273 points more than the second place. The second place is for the Russian player Artur Martirosyan, who recently registered a great performance in the SCOOP online poker festival.
