The World Series of Poker train isn't stopping anytime soon – here's what to watch for today:
The $1,500 Millionaire Maker rolls on to Day 4 action with 62 players remaining.
After three Day 1 flights, the $1,000 PLO moves on to Day 2 action with 213 players still chasing the bracelet.
The $500 Salute to Warriors enters its final day of play – 2006 Main Event winner Jamie Gold leads the 35 remaining combatants.
The $50,000 PPC continues with Day 3 action – with a field chock full of poker's brightest minds.
The remaining players in the $1,000 Super Seniors will battle it out on Day 2 play. As will the 312 remaining players in the $2,500 NLH, all of whom are led by two-time bracelet winner Blaz Zerjav.
And, last but not least, there are three events kicking off today: the $1,000 Mystery Millions, the $25,000 High Roller PLO/NLH Mixed, and the $1,500 Freezeout NLH.
Millionaire Maker down to 62: Bo Chen leads the way after winning a huge pot against ACR Poker Pro Rob Kuhn right at the end of the night. He bagged 13.3 million, while Kuhn was knocked back to 1.1 million. That will make for a tough night's sleep.
While you're waiting for Day 4 to start at 11am tomorrow, you can watch the Day 3 stream below. The Kuhn hand comes right at the end.
Bags out in the $50K PPC: 39 players are left and just 17 will get paid when the bubble bursts on Tuesday. Two players ended the day on more than 2 million – Kristopher Tong and Benny Glaser. Phil Hellmuth had a successful Day 2 spin-up and ended the night with triple his starting stack. Phil Ivey isn't far behind. Read our full Day 2 report below:
Michelle Chin has won the $1,500 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw 6-Handed for $161,313: She defeated Daniel Strelitz heads-up for the bracelet, and her first tournament win in 11 years. It's the second bracelet won by a woman this summer after Kristen Foxen took down the $25K High Roller.
Going for Gold on Tuesday: Jamie Gold ended the night as chip leader in the $500 Salute to Warriors. 35 players remain, including Lexy Gavin-Mather in 23rd, and will return at 11am tomorrow to play to a winner.
Check out Mike Patrick's report and interview with Gold:
There are no easy tables in the PPC: Just hard, harder and wtf?
Super Seniors off to bed: They started early, so it's only fair they finish early. A total of 3,323 players entered and 836 survived to Day 2, including Greg Raymer with a 63bb stack. Antonio Gheller (below) will sleep well after bagging the biggest stack – and he'll be dreaming of the $355,263 first prize. It's an 11am restart for them tomorrow.
Pimp his ride: When we saw Jack Effel shoot past on Mike Matusow's mobility scooter, we assumed we'd hit that point in the summer. As it turns out, there was method to the madness.
Good as Gold: We have a new chip leader in the $500 Salute to Warriors. Can Jamie Gold win his second bracelet, 20 years on from one of the greatest Main Events on record? There are 57 left from the field of 4,478. Lexy Gavin-Mather is second, Caitlin Comeskey is out.
$50K PPC chips: The players have just started the penultimate level of the day, and Gus Hansen taught Phil Hellmuth how to juggle on the break. Benny Glaser still leads.
It was a good level for Phil Ivey, who's now built his max late reg stack up from 300K to 745K.
It was one to forget for David 'ODB' Baker, who has slipped from second to 29th, and from 1.4M to 499K.
He's getting better every day: And Gus Hansen is successfully juggling nine games in the PPC, with a top-20 stack.
PPC payouts confirmed: 17 players will get paid a minimum of $100,934. The winner will get the bracelet, the Chip Reese trophy, and $1,343,764.
Big turnout for the Super Seniors: The 3,323 total is just shy of last year, but it's still a massive turnout for the 60+s, creating a total prizepool of $2,925,120. Gary Jbara is rocking the biggest stack and Greg Raymer is rolling back the years and eying another deep WSOP run.
Final numbers for PPC: We ended on 108, one more than last year, with Dan Shak maxxing the max late-reggers. The total prizepool is $5,130,000 and we'll confirm payouts as soon as they're announced.
Bryn Kenney makes it 107: Poker's all-time money winner has entered the $50K PPC, which means we've tied 2025 numbers. Any more? There are five minutes of late reg left.
89 Warriors left: They've been rewarded with a dinner break and the three players we name-checked earlier have been rewarded with more chips.
$500 Salute to Warriors: Top 6 stacks
Phil Ivey and Jared Bleznick enter $50K PPC: Two names we hoped would enter during the dinner break have obliged. The field is up to 106 with 20 minutes before play resumes.
Top 10 stacks in the PPC: David 'ODB' Baker has come up to share the lead with Benny Glaser.
Dinner break in the PPC: That means there's one hour of late registration left. The field is at 104 and we need three more players to equal last year's numbers.
Millionaire Maker is now LIVE: $1,250,000 is waiting for the winner of the $1,500 buy-in event.
Hellmuth doubles down: Phil Hellmuth has added his son, Nick Hellmuth, to his Main Event bet with Shaun Deeb. If Nick fails to cash, Hellmuth will owe Deeb $14,000. If Nick makes the money, Deeb will owe Hellmuth whatever amount he cashes for. Hellmuth has the same bet running on his other son, Phillip Hellmuth III.
5 left in the $1,500 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw: Nick Pupillo is leading the way, while Michelle Chin is looking to become the second woman to win a bracelet this summer.
"Really important for us poker players": Phil Hellmuth talks from the $50K PPC.
Phil Hellmuth in the PPC: He's sitting next to Brad Owen and he's already eating a sandwich. Hellmuth regged at the same time last year and ran up a top-ten stack by the end of the day. Can he do it again?
Notable names in $500 Salute to Warriors: Nick Rigby might have been run out of town after starting the day as chip leader, but some other stories are developing... Jamie Gold and Lexy Gavin-Mather are currently 12th and 14th, and Caitlin Comeskey has taken her stack to 26th. There are 167 players left.
Things are always looking up: Esther Taylor might be out of the PPC but she's just been announced as the newest poker ambassador for BetMGM.
Late reg open in $2,500 NLH until 11pm: But be prepared for a late finish. At least it means you'll be able to watch the end of the Millionaire Maker stream.
188 players left in Millionaire Maker: And some of those players have been moved onto the TV stage. All reporting will be delayed by two-and-a-half hours. Rob Kuhn will start on one of the feature tables.
Today's WSOP stream starts at 5:30pm: The Millionaire Maker takes center stage for the next three days, but you will get a few PPC hands sprinkled in. Jeff Platt explains.
What do you fear most? Texas Mike has just entered the $50K PPC.
No repeat for Etay: Esther Taylor came third in the PPC last year but there will be no repeat. She's just been eliminated.
$10M of WSOP buy-ins on Solana: That's pretty impressive and a great use case for crypto.
The PPC short stacks: Viktor Blom has been eliminated on Day 2. These players are holding on.
$50K PPC top 10 stacks on first break: The field is up to 99 – eight fewer than last year with over four hours of late reg left. And Phil Hellmuth isn't here yet.
When you see Negreanu walk past vlogging... Luckily for DNegs fans, he was just out of his seat a little early for the first break of the day in the $50K PPC. We also have a new chip leader: Benny Glaser. Glaser and Robert Wells have become the first two players to pass 1 million chips.
Millionaire Maker field convenes for Day 3: And Tim Duckworth has the numbers. ACR Pro Rob Kuhn is up near the top of the chip stacks.
Day 2 of the PPC coming in an hour: Which gives you time to go through the latest Negreanu vlog where he dissects his Day 1, including a big mistake early on.
Lots to unpack here.
Mondays, amirite? But forget the office, there's plenty of poker to be played at the WSOP today.
Here's what to look forward to on Monday, June 22:
Everyone's motivations for playing poker are different. Some are more different than others.
Also, X is back up. As you were.
First 2p2, now X? Don't worry, PokerOrg is still running fine (did I just jinx it?)
The state of the WSOP PoY race.
As of last night:
We agree with Rob Kuhn. Sneezing into your clothes should be against the law.
I guess we're going to have to just... talk to each other? Did someone forget to pay a bill?
