After the first three levels of play, a battle looks to be brewing between Michael Nia and Nathan Rosinger who both sit at the same table. Both Nia and Rosinger currently sit with two of the largest stacks in the room, both of them over 100,000. Also joining their table is Jared Griener, so we're sure to see some sparks fly betwen them as the day goes on.

Also topping the top five in stacks is Jarod Einsohn who is one of the only other players in the field over 100,000 at this point. Other notables joining us for Day 1b include Phil Laak, Bill Klien, Billy Baxter, Matt Salsberg, and Alex Farahi to name a few.

Picking up the action on a board showing with right around 10,000 in the middle already. Andrew Ostapchenko was first to act against Hugo Alfredo.

Ostapchenko fired out a bet of 5,600 and found a raise from Alfredo to 16,000. Ostapchenko dropped into the tank and eventually decided to call the raise.

Alfredo turned up his for a set and Ostapchenko sent the chips over his way with a muck.

Despite the early loss, Ostapchenko is still having a good week here at the Commerce as he captured his second WSOP Circuit ring on Wednesday in Event #7: $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em for $28,857. Ostapchenko is definitely one of the most accomplished players in the field with over $6M in live tournament earnings according to The Hendon Mob as well as a WSOP Bracelet and now two WSOP Circuit rings.
