Long live the weekend!
If your working week is done, there’s nothing like kicking back for an online poker tournament safe in the knowledge that you’ve got all the time you need to win the thing.
And if you’re in Michigan, New Jersey or Pennsylvania, PokerStars on FanDuel has a tasty menu of tourneys just waiting for you to make your choice.
But which of those tournaments have the biggest guaranteed prizepools? Let’s take a look at some of the juiciest fruits you can pick this weekend.
Saturday
If you’re an early riser then there are a couple of morning options you might want to consider. The Big $10 starts at 10am, with $1K GTD, with the $10 Morning Mystery following at 11:30am with at least $1.5K to be won.
As the day goes on, the guaranteed prizes only get bigger.
Make yourself a sandwich and settle in for the Lunchtime Big $25 at 12:30pm ($2K GTD). A little later at 3pm there’s the $10 Bounty Builder ($2K GTD) and then the evening begins with the $25 Big Starter at 6:15pm ($5.5K GTD).
Then comes the biggest one of the day, the Nightly Stars at 6:40pm, which has a huge guarantee of $20K.
As night falls there are plenty more options, such as the $30 Mini Saturday Night Fight at 7:20pm, with $10K GTD, the $20 Bounty Builder at 9pm ($4K GTD), and the last big one of the night, the $50 Mini Cooldown at 9:30pm ($5K GTD).
Sunday
If you consider Sunday a day of rest, you’re probably not an online grinder.
It’s always been the biggest day of the week for the online game, and it’s no different these days at PokerStars on FanDuel.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t give yourself a little lie-in. The first big guarantee of the day rolls around at 3:30pm with the $50 Sunday Mystery and its $8K minimum prizepool. That’s the same guarantee that you’ll find in the $150 Sunday Cooldown at 9:30pm.
And between those two you’ll find some of the biggest prizes of the week.
Keep your evening clear because the $100 Sunday Dynasty, running from 6pm, has a huge $60,000 guarantee.
Half an hour later there’s the start of the $500 Sunday Storm, home to a $35K guaranteed prizepool, as well as the $30 Sunday Shield, which will have at least $20K to be won.
That’s $115K across three tournaments, all starting within 30 minutes of each other.
And if it’s just not been your week so far, there are still options as we close in on the midnight hour.
The $50 Mini Cooldown runs from 9:30pm with at least $6.5K in the pot, while the $20 Mystery Express at 11:15pm has another $2K GTD, and one last chance to make sure you wake up Monday morning with a smile on your face.
If you’re in Pennsylvania, Michigan or New Jersey you can play all of the above at PokerStars on FanDuel, where you’ll also find the full tournament schedule.
