The WSOP Circuit returns to Verona, New York for one of its biggest stops of the year.
Starting Thursday, October 15, Turning Stone Resort will play host to a series that includes 18 ring events, bigger guarantees, and a luxurious new hotel.
Turning Stone is a staple of the WSOP Circuit and consistently provides a top-notch experience for players.
With more money up for grabs and swanky new digs for them to enjoy between the action, this will be a series you won't want to miss.
$3M available with boosted guarantees
Turning Stone is already one of the biggest stops on the WSOP Circuit, but this time around, they’re boosting guarantees to make it their biggest ever, with over $3M in total prize pools.
The series will be headlined by a $1M guaranteed Main Event, which will unquestionably be beaten, given that the spring series amassed an over $1.68M prize pool.
In March, Zak VanKeuren topped the 1,114-entry field to claim the WSOP Circuit Main Event ring which now pairs nicely with the WSOP bracelet he won back in 2024.
VanKeuren took home $267,437 and a $5,000 package to WSOP Paradise in The Bahamas – a bonus that every ring winner at this stop will receive.
Another highlight will be the $400 Mini Main Event, with its guarantee boosted from $500K to $600K.
Last time out, Kenny Roy was the last player standing from a 3,026-entry field to claim $113,623, by far his biggest tournament score.
The 18-event schedule also features a $400K guaranteed Monster Stack event, a $100K guaranteed Seniors Event, and a $25K guaranteed Ladies Event, each with a $400 buy-in.
The Turning Stone Ladies Event is always one of, if not the biggest ladies' events all year, with the spring edition drawing 210 entries – the most on the Circuit this year.
Brand new hotel and tournament location
The next evolution of Turning Stone Resort, through a $400M investment, will be shared with WSOP Circuit players for the first time this series, as they’ll be able to stay at the property’s brand-new luxury hotel, The Crescent.
The AAA Four Diamond Award-winning, 258-room tower offers sophisticated, high-end accommodations and will be a great new option for players staying on-site as they chase WSOP Circuit glory.
The tournaments themselves will also be held in a new venue, as they’re moving from the Event Center to the more comfortable and intimate Oneida conference room, directly off the gaming floor, and a short walk from the Turning Stone poker room.
It’s going to be another epic WSOP Circuit series in the Northeast.
PokerOrg will have a full team on the floor to bring you all the action through our Instant Live reporting, photography, and social media. Join us for the excitement from fair Verona at Turning Stone Resort.
