Alex Foxen won his 13th PGT title on Saturday in Event #7 of the 2026 US Poker Open at the PokerGO Studio.
He now sits one behind Sam Soverel, the all-time PGT wins leader with 14, and it puts him fifth on the 2026 US Open leaderboard.
Foxen bagged the biggest final table stack on Friday night, and he dominated on Saturday as well, entering heads-up play against Jeremy Ausmus with more than a 4:1 chip lead.
It didn't take him long to seal the win. Watch the final hand play out below.
Keep it in the family
Alex Foxen's latest win comes mere days after Kristen Foxen won her fourth PGT title last Wednesday in Event #4. That had left her fourth on the US Open leaderboard – and the Golden Eagle trophy is something she covets.
After the win she said, "This is probably my favorite place to play, at PokerGO, and I haven't got a series win yet. It would just really mean a lot to me to get that."
Alex has made that a bit tougher – she slid to eighth after his win. Kristen has two more chances: the final $15K and the season-ending $25K, after finishing 33rd in Event #8 on Saturday night.
