The APT Online (APTO) is in full swing as the Asian Poker Tour (APT) and Natural8 have once again joined forces to bring Asia's top-tier tournament experience to the virtual felt.
The 2026 APTO features a massive $40M in guaranteed prize pools – a 60% increase from last year's edition of the series – and 20 trophy events with buy-ins ranging from $56 to $5,000, each of which awards an APTO trophy. The APTO Main Event is the headlining event of the festival and boasts a $5M guaranteed prize pool. Each trophy event winner will also earn themselves a seat at the APT Championship Main Event Freezeout that runs from November 23-27 in Taipei, Taiwan.
With the first week of the series now in the books and winners determined in four of the trophy events, the numbers are nothing short of historic. The 2026 APTO has already attracted 8,682 total entries across Events #1-4, generating $2,140,607 in prize money – increases of 2.6% and 5.5%, respectively, compared to figures from the opening events of the 2025 series.
In both metrics, the 2026 APTO is well on pace to surpass 2025's record-breaking run.

Event #1: Bounty Kickoff
The opening event of the series drew 4,226 entries to blow past its $300K guarantee and generate a $419,895 prize pool. Both numbers represent an increase of more than 17% from the 2025 APTO iteration of the event.
Georgia's 'PostBloom' emerged victorious in the $108 buy-in, following a heads-up deal with runner-up finisher 'TheGrinder19' that saw both players walk away with more than $20,000.

Event #2: Superstar Challenge
The stakes jumped up a notch for Event #2: Superstar Challenge as 246 entries ponied up the $5,000 buy-in to take part in the two-day high stakes battle.
The $1,168,500 prize pool exceeded the $750K guarantee with ease. With a near 10% increase in both entry and prize pool metrics compared to last year, the Superstar Challenge continued the trend of increased participation in 2026 APTO events.
It was a stacked final table that included several recognizable names from the high roller circuits, but it was 'Avdi_2000' who emerged as the victor to claim the $205,727 first-place prize. The Austrian defeated Russia's Viacheslav Buldygin during heads-up play to seal the win.

Event #3: Thailand National Cup 6-Max
After the thrill of the high stakes Superstar Challenge, the Thailand National Cup 6-Max provided players with a much more affordable buy-in.
The $60 tournament drew a whopping 3,488 entries to generate a $191,212 prize pool that smashed the set guarantee. While numbers were down from last year's iteration of the event, the fast-paced 6-max format continues to be a fan favorite for players on the APTO.
China's 'Ocean Wave' rose above the field, defeating Slovakia's 'LostDollarex' during heads-up play to take the trophy and the $22,311 first-place prize.

Event #4: Single Day High Roller – Bounty Freezeout
The Single Day High Roller – Bounty Freezeout is a new addition to the APTO schedule. Unsurprisingly, its debut was a smash hit – drawing 722 entries to smash the guarantee and generate a $361,000 prize pool.
The lion's share of that figure went to 'Flyby' who cashed for more than $50,000 between placement prizes and bounties won after making a deal with heads-up opponent 'BIROSKA'.
