From January 25 to February 9, the GGPoker virtual tables will play host to the GGMasters series – with the crown jewel of the schedule coming in the form of the $150 buy-in, $10M GTD GGMasters 6th Anniversary Freezeout event.
With three Day 1A flights on February 1, another three Day 1B flights on February 8, and a Last Chance flight on February 9, you have plenty of chances to run up a stack. Day 2 action resumes on February 9, just a few hours after the start of the Last Chance flight.
Moving on from 2025 cancellation
In 2025, the GGMasters 5th Anniversary Freezeout encountered technical difficulties which resulted first in the suspension of the tournament and, later, the event's cancellation. All players affected by the cancellation were reimbursed accordingly, but some were justifiably angry with the decision from GGPoker.
"Terrible management," said FaZeClan member Luke 'iuKeEe' Dainton on X. "I, along with many others, rearranged our schedules for this potentially life-changing prize pool. I was in a strong position to finish well in the money (ITM), and all I get is my buy-in refunded? What a complete joke."
Hopefully this year's iteration of the event runs smoothly and no issues ensue. The GGMasters 6th Anniversary Freezeout is far from the only tournament on the slate, however. With dozens of events on the schedule – including the $1,050 GGMasters High Rollers Special with a $1M guarantee – there's no shortage of events to test your skills in.
Additionally, if you participate in any GGMasters tournament during the series, you will be automatically eligible to receive random ticket drops during gameplay.
There are $25, $108, $150, $320, or $1,050 GGMasters tickets up for grabs.
