The World Series of Poker Circuit will pass through Las Vegas for the summer series on its way to WSOP Paradise in December, and now we know a lot more about what to expect from everything in between.
After a wildly successful inaugural stop in Texas, Circuit planners have wasted no time getting another spot on the schedule in September, where players will return to Texas Card House in Austin from September 10-21.
Other regular stops pepper the rest of the second half schedule, starting with a post-WSOP Horseshoe series and favorites like Cherokee and Choctaw before the end of summer. In addition, a growing list of international stops will continue to spread the WSOPC Circuit throughout Europe and Canada.
It all leads up to December in The Bahamas, where a season full of ring winners will show up to claim $5K packages and a shot at the season-ending championship.
Back to Texas
WSOPC debuted in Texas to a record-breaking crowd for its $2.5 million Main Event, where 1,709 entries packed into TCH Austin for what was only a $1M guarantee. It was the biggest tournament in Texas poker history and organizers were quick to announce a September return to the Lone Star State.
The rest of the schedule shakes out with the usual favorites, ending with a big one at Cherokee before everyone heads to The Bahamas.
