Pick 3 for 2026 EPT Barcelona Main Event Terms and Conditions

THIS COMPETITION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

  1. The promoters of the Competition are PokerOrg (whose registered office is at Suite 2-5-7, 5th Floor, Clinch’s, Lord St, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LN) ("Promoter", "we" or "us"). TSG PLATFORMS (IRELAND) LIMITED is the provider of the first-place Prize (“Prize Provider”).

  2. Agreement to Terms
    • By entering the Competition, each participant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Special Terms and confirms that they meet all eligibility requirements.
    • In these Special Terms, a reference to “you”, “your”, “entrant” is a reference to the persons wishing to participate in the Competition and a reference to “winner” is a reference to the winner of the Competition.
    • The Competition is not in conjunction with or tied to any other competition or promotions that may be running at the same time or other times.

  3. Who is Eligible?
    • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    • Entrants must hold a valid passport and be able to travel to Prague in December, 2026.
    • Employees of PokerOrg, its affiliates, agencies, or suppliers (and their immediate families) are not eligible.
    • Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility before a prize is awarded.
    • Each Entrant is limited to submitting one (1) entry only; additional entries submitted by the Entrant subsequent to their first entry will not be counted and may result in disqualification of the Entrant
    • Entrants must not allow or permit another person to take part in the Competition on their behalf.

  4. Entry period
    • The entry period runs from Monday August 17 to August 24 at 12 noon CEST.

  5. How to enter the Competition
    • Create an account or ensure you are signed up to PokerOrg. 
    • Pick a team of three (3) players from the eligible list of players. These players are not guaranteed to play the Main Event.
    • Entrants have until August 24 at 12 noon CEST to make changes to their team selection. All team entries must be submitted through the team entry mechanic. No late entries can be accepted under any circumstances, and no entries can be accepted via any other method of entry.
    • PokerOrg reserves the right to modify or remove any team name that contains content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory.
    • Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat the game system, including collusion, use of bots or automated tools, or submitting false information, will result in immediate disqualification.
    • Each selected player will earn one (1) point for every €1 they win in official 2026 EPT Barcelona Main Event prize money, as recorded by PokerStars.
    • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.

  6. Winner Selection
    • After the 2026 EPT Barcelona Main Event, the team with the highest combined points total will win.
    • In the event of a tie for 1st place, the winner will be determined by the closest answer to the tiebreaker question: “How many chips will the EPT Barcelona Main Event chip leader have at the end of Day 2?”
    • If still tied, the winner will be decided by random draw.
    • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  7. Notification and Claiming the Prize
    • The winner will be contacted after the event via the contact information provided (email or phone).
    • The winner must confirm acceptance within 7 days of notification.
    • Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
    • Any alternate winner will have 24 hours to respond, and failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of the next winner, and so on.
    • It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and that they can receive messages (including checking spam folders).
    • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in any publicity material, including but not limited to interviews, promotional videos, and written content, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  8. Prize Details
    • The Prize consists of: 
      • A €5,300 buy-in for the Winner to participate in the EPT Prague 2026 Main Event, taking place from December 7–13, 2026 (inclusive)
      • Return economy-class flights for the Winner only from their location of residence to Prague, to be booked by the Prize Provider via PokerStars Travel
      • Four nights’ accommodation (double occupancy), to be booked by the Prize Provider via PokerStars Travel.
      • The Prize does not include any costs or expenses not expressly specified above.
    • Entrants finishing in 2nd–10th place will receive PokerOrg merchandise.
      • Physical merchandise prizes (2nd–10th place) will be shipped to a valid mailing address provided by the relevant prize recipient. Failure to provide a valid address within 7 days of notification will result in forfeiture of the prize.

  9. Prize Conditions
    • The winner must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, be in possession of a valid passport, and be able to travel to Prague in December, 2026.
    • The winner must be a registered member of PokerOrg.
    • If the winner is unable to attend the Prague event for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another Entrant.
    • Entries suspected of being created by bots or scripts will be disqualified.
    • We reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any that violate the spirit of the competition.

  10. Use of Content
    • By entering, Entrants grant PokerOrg a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and share their team and name on PokerOrg’s websites, social channels, and promotional materials.

  11. General
    • Personal data will be processed in accordance with PokerOrg’s Privacy Policy.
    • PokerOrg is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues affecting participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokerOrg shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation or prize use, except where caused by its own negligence or fraud. PokerOrg reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.
    • These terms may be modified or new conditions added, at any time at PokerOrg’s sole discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  12. Governing Law (For U.S. Residents)
    • For residents of the United States, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Competition shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the Streamlined Arbitration Rules of JAMS.
    • Arbitration will take place in New York, New York. There is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
    • Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings, including class actions.

  13. Contact

PokerStars Prize Terms and Conditions
The following additional terms and conditions apply to the first-place Prize and form part of these Special Terms. If there is any conflict between these Special Terms and the PokerStars Prize Terms and Conditions below, the PokerStars Prize Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

  1. The winner:
    • Agrees to be bound by the PokerStars Live and PSLive System Terms & Conditions located on www.pokerstarslive.com; and 
    • Confirms they meet eligibility criteria set out in the terms supplied by Promoter.

  2. Proof of identification, age and address may be required at the request of the Promoter and/or the Prize Provider and Prize Provider reserves the right to conduct any ID and security checks it sees fit to confirm the winner complies with all eligibility requirements.

  3. The PokerOrg Competition Terms and Conditions above will apply to the Prize in addition to these Terms. If there is any conflict between the PokerOrg Competition Terms and Conditions and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

  4. The winner must confirm their acceptance of the Prize to the Prize Provider and provide all information required by Prize Provider to book their travel and accommodation by September 6, 2026. If the winner fails to do so, the entire Prize package will be forfeited.

  5. The Prize does not include any costs, taxes, fees, expenses and/or arrangements not expressly specified in the Prize description. The winner will be solely responsible for any costs and expenses not set out in the Prize description and Prize Provider will not be liable to reimburse the winner for, any such additional charges and expenses.

  6. It is the responsibility of the winner to check any requirements for the airline, hotel, event venue and any other supplier providing elements of the Prize. The winner is bound by, and must comply with, any terms and conditions set out on their event and airline tickets and the rules, regulations, requirements and policies of the airline, hotel, event venue, event promoter and any other supplier connected with the Prize. Prize Provider is not responsible for any failure of the winner to gain entry or re-entry to the airline, hotel and/or event, or to participate in any element of the Prize, due to any action/inaction on the part of the winner.

  7. It is the responsibility of the winner to check and ensure that they satisfy all security requirements in relation to travel (including all requirements relating to passports and other documentation). Prize Provider has no liability if the winner is refused entry because they do not satisfy such requirements and the winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with refused entry.

  8. It is the responsibility of the winner to check any travel advisories relating to the travel destination and to determine what action to take in relation to any such advisories. Prize Provider has no liability if the winner does not make such checks, if they choose to travel despite the advice given in any relevant advisory or if they choose not to travel on the advice given in any relevant advisory (in which case Prize Provider will not be obliged to offer a substitute prize).

  9. It is the responsibility of the winner to check whether any vaccinations and/or prescription medicines are recommended or required prior to travel and Prize Provider has no liability in this respect.

  10. It is the responsibility of the winner to take out their own travel insurance in connection with the Prize. Prize Provider will have no liability for any failure by the winner to take out travel insurance and/or to comply with the terms and conditions of their travel insurance policy.

  11. Prize Provider has no liability for lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, certificates and/or other documentation connected with the Prize.

  12. All elements of the Prize are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be re-sold. No cash or any other alternative is available for any element of the Prize. No alternative dates are available.

  13. If any element of the Prize becomes unavailable, or if the winner is unable to use/take part in any element of the Prize, for any reason beyond Prize Provider’s reasonable control, Prize Provider is not obliged to offer an alternative Prize or any cash alternative or compensation. If the winner is unable to attend the EPT Prague 2026 Main Event, the entire Prize package will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with order of finishing.

  14. The winner must not do anything that may bring the Prize Provider, any of its group companies or its commercial partners into disrepute. Prize Provider reserves the right to take appropriate action (including the removal of any element of the Prize) if the winner acts in a way that Prize Provider reasonably considers to bring the Prize Provider, any of its group companies or its commercial partners into disrepute.

  15. The Prize may be replaced with a substitute prize of equal or greater value, if circumstances beyond Prize Provider’s control make it necessary to do so.

  16. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Prize Provider does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, theft, injury or disappointment caused or suffered by the winner as a result of participating in the Competition or winning or not winning the Prize (except that Prize Provider will be liable for death or personal injury arising from Prize Provider’ negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation).

  17. These Terms shall be governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  18. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or any part of these Terms does not affect or impede the continued validity, legality and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms.
