PokerOrg Fantasy Freeroll: Terms and Conditions 

THIS COMPETITION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

  1. By registering a team in the PokerOrg Fantasy Freeroll, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  2. The promoter of the competition is PokerOrg (whose registered office is at Suite 2-5-7, 5th Floor, Clinch’s, Lord St, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LN).

  3. These terms may be modified or new conditions added, at any time at PokerOrg’s sole discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  4. You must be 21 years of age or older to participate and reside in a jurisdiction where participation in this competition is not prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure their participation is legal in their country or state of residence.

  5. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate.

  6. Only one team is permitted per registered user. Multiple entries by the same individual are not allowed. In the event of an individual being found to have multiple teams, those teams will be disqualified.

  7. PokerOrg reserves the right to modify or remove any team name that contains content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory.

  8. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat the game system, including collusion, use of bots or automated tools, or submitting false information, will result in immediate disqualification.

  9. All team entries must be submitted through the team entry mechanic on PokerOrg before 12pm PT on May 29, when the entry mechanic on the site will shut. No late entries can be accepted under any circumstances and no entries can be accepted via any other method of entry.

  10. The PokerOrg Fantasy Freeroll will be governed by the official game rules, as published on the site.

  11. PokerOrg will be the sole decision-maker of any interpretation of the game rules, and any awarding of prizes will be final and conclusive.

  12. PokerOrg reserves the right to audit scoring at any time. In cases of suspected errors or misreporting, PokerOrg may adjust point totals and leaderboard positions as deemed necessary.

  13. By entering the PokerOrg Fantasy Freeroll, you consent to the use of your team name by PokerOrg for promotional and marketing purposes.

  14. In the event of a breach of any of these terms, PokerOrg reserves the right to refuse you entry into the game, disqualify you from the game, and delete your registration and all information associated with your account. All such decisions by PokerOrg will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  15. If you are barred or disqualified, you are not eligible to rejoin under a different name and/or email address.

  16. By participating, you agree that PokerOrg may collect and use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including for prize fulfillment and promotional communications.

  17. PokerOrg will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

    PRIZE INFO

  18. Winners will be notified through the email used to register their teams. Each winner must respond to the notification email within 28 days. If no confirmation is received, PokerOrg reserves the right to award the prize to the next-placed player.

  19. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives will be offered.

  20. The first prize will be awarded to the player who, according to PokerOrg, is at the top of the leaderboard once the competition is concluded and final points have been awarded.

  21. In the event of a tie for any prize, the team that has used the smallest amount of the $200 team budget will be declared the winner, and the other team(s) will be moved down a place(s).

  22. If the result is still a tie, the answer to the tiebreaker question (“How many players will enter the 2025 WSOP Main Event?”) will determine the prize order. The team closest to the actual number (above or below) will be declared the winner, and the other team(s) will be moved down a place(s).

  23. If the result is still a tie, a random prize draw will be made to declare the winner. The other team(s) will be moved down a place(s).

  24. The first prize is a main event seat/package for a poker event of your choice, to be played in Las Vegas from July 30, 2025, to July 30, 2026, up to a maximum value of $10,000. It can be a $10K main event seat or a package (seat and accommodation/travel expenses) up to a total value of $10K.

  25. Second-to-tenth-place prizes are PokerOrg merchandise bags, which will consist of a selection of PokerOrg merchandise, which will be selected at PokerOrg’s discretion.

  26. Physical merchandise prizes (2nd–10th place) will be shipped to a valid mailing address provided by the winner. Failure to provide a valid address within 28 days of notification will result in forfeiture of the prize.
