WSOP Circuit Panama giveaway: Terms and conditions

THIS COMPETITION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

  1. By opting in to the WSOP Circuit Panama giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  2. The promoter of the competition is PokerOrg (registered at Suite 2-5-7, 5th Floor, Clinch’s, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LN).

  3. PokerOrg reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition in circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where necessary to preserve the integrity or proper operation of the Competition. Any material changes will be communicated through the official Competition page or relevant social media channels.

  4. You must be 21 years of age or older to participate and reside in a jurisdiction where participation in this competition is not prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure their participation is legal in their country or state of residence.

  5. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate.

  6. One entry per person per participating social media platform (X, Facebook and Instagram) is permitted. An eligible entrant may therefore submit one entry on each participating platform. Multiple entries by the same person on the same platform, including entries made using multiple accounts, may result in all of that person's entries on that platform being disqualified.

  7. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat the entry system, including use of bots or automated tools, or submitting false information, will result in immediate disqualification.

  8. All entries must be submitted by comment or reply to the official giveaway post by 11:59pm ET on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. Late entries or entries via any other method will not be accepted.

  9. For an entry to be eligible, you must:
    • Comment on the official giveaway post and tag the person you would want on your WSOPC Panama rail.
    • Follow PokerOrg on each platform through which you enter.

  10. All eligible entries received across participating platforms will be combined into a single prize draw. Each valid entry constitutes one entry in the draw, meaning an entrant who validly enters on more than one participating platform will have one entry for each platform used. The winner will be contacted by PokerOrg via direct message or reply from PokerOrg’s official account on the social media platform through which their winning entry was submitted.

  11. The random draw will take place on or about October 16, 2026. The winner will be contacted in accordance with clause 10. Once eligibility has been verified and the prize accepted, PokerOrg may publicly announce the winner.

  12. The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification. If they fail to respond within that period, are found to be ineligible, or are unable to accept the prize, PokerOrg may select an alternate winner at random.

  13. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, image, likeness, and statements by PokerOrg for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  14. In the event of a breach of any of these terms, PokerOrg reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify an entrant from the Competition.

  15. In the event the WSOPC Panama Main Event or associated accommodation becomes unavailable for any reason beyond PokerOrg’s control, PokerOrg reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

  16. If you are barred or disqualified, you are not eligible to re-enter.

  17. Personal information collected in connection with the Competition will be used to administer the Competition, verify eligibility, contact potential winners and fulfil the prize, in accordance with PokerOrg's Privacy Policy. Any marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by applicable law and in accordance with the entrant's applicable marketing preferences or consent.

  18. Employees, officers, directors and contractors of PokerOrg, and any person directly involved in the administration of the Competition, together with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.

  19. PokerOrg will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  20. The winner will receive:
    • One (1) $1,700 seat to the WSOP Circuit Panama Main Event.
    • Up to eleven (11) nights’ accommodation at the Sortis Hotel, Spa & Casino, Panama, during the WSOP Circuit Panama event period.

  21. The prize includes accommodation and Main Event entry only. All additional costs, including travel, meals, incidentals, and other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  22. PokerOrg is not responsible for the winner’s inability to travel, obtain necessary travel documentation (including visas), or attend the event for any reason. In such cases, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at PokerOrg’s discretion.

  23. The winner must satisfy all eligibility, identification, age and other participation requirements imposed by the operator of the WSOP Circuit Panama Main Event. PokerOrg is not responsible if the winner is unable to participate as a result of failing to satisfy those requirements.

  24. This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or X. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram and X have no responsibility for the administration of the Competition or fulfilment of the prize.

  25. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, fees or other charges associated with the prize.

  26. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.

  27. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all decisions by PokerOrg regarding eligibility, interpretation of these terms, selection of the winner and prize fulfilment are final.
