Brazil's Ricardo 'RFN1986' Nagamoto is Brazil's latest star millionaire and the champion of PokerStars' Sunday Million 17th Anniversary. Nagamoto's win this week saw him outlast a massive online field of 39,500 entrants to take home the $1 million top prize. The total prize pool for the event topped out at $7.9 million.
The tournament began on March 26th and drew participants from across the world. The Brazilian contingent led the way with four final table finishers, including Nagamoto. The Brazilians were joined by one player each from Denmark, Poland, Austria, Lithuania, and Romania.
