Here we go, WSOP Day 31: It's a big one.
The $50,000 Poker Players Championship will play down to a winner later today. The UK's Benny Glaser leads the final 6 six players and is in search of his 9th WSOP bracelet.
The $1,000 Super Seniors is down to 15 remaining players and will crown a winner today. Timothy Garner leads the pack chasing the $355,263 top prize. 2004 WSOP Main Event winner Greg Raymer is still in the hunt as well – and he's got chips to play with.
Reigning champion Lou Garza bagged up a monster stack in the $25,000 High Roller PLO/NLH Mixed. With only 14 players remaining, Garza has a title defense in his sights. He'll have to battle through a stacked field to earn it. Daniel Negreanu is still in the mix, nursing a short stack.
Valentin Oberhauser leads the 33 remaining hopefuls in the $1,500 Freezeout NLH. Will he lift the bracelet later today?
The $1,000 Tag Team NLH resumes with Day 2 action today. Team Chen, comprised of Andy Chen and Jie Chen, leads the way.
Brian Tate will lead the 57 remaining players into Day 2 play in the $10,000 Limit 2-7 Championship.
And, last but certainly not least, the $1,000 Ladies NLH Championship and the $1,500 Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better both kick off today. Will Japan's Shiina Okamoto pull off the three-peat?
Final six bag in $50K Poker Players Championship: The plan was to get to five or play five full levels. The levels won and six will return tomorrow to play for one of the summer's most prestigious bracelets. Benny Glaser is the chip leader. Phil Ivey is in midfield. Play resumes at 1:30pm on Thursday.

14 return for final day of $25K PLO/NLH: Daniel Negreanu bagged but he'll come back with the shortest of the stacks tomorrow at 1pm. Maurice Hawkins and Naoya Kihara busted late on.
Jeff Platt – Every hand of the PPC will be streamed on Thursday: There's been criticism that the $50K Poker Players Championship has been overlooked on the livestream. Platt promises that will change tomorrow, and that next year will bring a "more customizable viewing experience".
Josh Reichard wins his first bracelet in the $2,500 NLH: He's done it! Reichard beat Caleb Harris heads-up to finally claim gold and win $555,198 – and 92 points for his fantasy teams.
Tag Team event bagged for the night: 269 teams have made it through to Day 2 of one of the most fun tournaments of the summer. Team Chen lead the way, while Team Kitai bagged 193.5K, good for 26th on the leaderboard. Tags restart at 12pm.
Brian Tate takes overnight lead in $10K Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw Championship: Viktor Blom sits just outside the top 10. Scott Seiver, Gus Hansen, Alex Foxen and Eli Elezra all bagged under 100K, with 57 players left. Play restarts on Thursday at 1pm when late reg shuts at 2:15pm.

15 Super Seniors bag for the night: They'll return at 11am on Thursday to play for the bracelet and the $355,263 first prize.
Joe Liberta wins Millionaire Maker for $1,250,000: Michael Monroig shoved his short stack with and Liberta decided to give him a spin with
. Liberta was dominated but he went to his rail and said, "The worst hand normally wins anyway." Sure enough, he hit trips on the
flop and the
runout confirmed his first WSOP bracelet.
$50K PPC – Jason Mercier eliminated in 7th ($176,732): An incredible run from one of the all-time greats. The aim is to play down to the final five tonight.
The $1K Ladies Championship starts tomorrow: And Hayley Hanna is predicting big things.
Greg Raymer putting together a run: 18 left in the $1K Super Seniors and the 2004 Main Event winner is rolling back the years in third. Timothy Garner leads, Kenna James was eliminated in 23rd for $14,392.
Jeremy Ausmus – Surprised not to be nominated: Ausmus made the shortlist in 2025 but misses out on the Hall of Fame in 2026.
Justin Bonomo sends HOF thanks: In a later post he added, "It's an extremely accomplished class and I'm honored to even be considered with these juggernauts."
Reichard on brink of first bracelet? He's got the chip lead three-handed and could be set to finally claim his first gold at the WSOP. The three players are on a break.

Martin Kabrhel clears up controversy: The WSOP released a video showing a dispute over the size of Kabrhel's raise in a hand with Nick Schulman in the $25K PLO/NLH event. Kabrhel insisted he had verbally declared a raise to 8,000 before sliding in two 5K chips – but no one heard him. Now he's produced the proof.
$50K PPC – Alex Livingston eliminated in 9th ($144,054): Benny Glaser has taken a hit as well. Here are the updated chip counts as the players get set to return from their dinner break.
Caleb Harris leads final table of $2,500 NLH: Josh Reichard is in his slipstream and on the hunt for his first WSOP bracelet.
More on the crazy ruling involving Patrick Leonard: Pads has said he has "no problem at all" with the player whose hand was ruled dead, only for the floor to then allow him to call. We'll have our resident TD, Justin Hammer, deliver his verdict on the incident tomorrow.
David 'ODB' Baker – Josh Arieh and Jeremy Ausmus should be Hall of Fame nominees: Neither made it to the eight-strong shortlist announced today. Ausmus did make the 2025 shortlist but wasn't inducted.
Team Koon down in Tag Tag: Sugar Sean O'Malley and Jason Koon teamed up at the WSOP only to see their hopes dashed on the river. There are 20 minutes of late reg left here.
WSOP Super Circuit Montreal schedule released: It runs at Playground August 26 to September 12, with a CAD$10,000,000 guaranteed Main Event. Daniel Negreanu has said that he plans to be there.
Old-schoolers go deep in Super Seniors: We're down to 24 players and both Greg Raymer and Kenna James are still in. Both are getting short with 1.5 million stacks each, or around 18 big blinds.

(Unofficial) final table set in $1K PLO: There's $390,300 up top, with all nine players now guaranteed $36,542. Christopher Hannel was eliminated in 10th ($28,610).
$50K PPC down to final 10: After the break, the final 10 players will move onto the TV stage. All updates will now be delayed by two-and-a-half hours. Chris Brewer (12th) and Chris Hunichen (11th) were the last two players eliminated. Benny Glaser has now got a huge chip lead.

$10K Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw open for business: 59 players have entered this freezeout so far, including Viktor Blom, Luke Schwartz, Calvin Anderson and Allen Kessler. Late reg is open until the end of Level 11 tomorrow afternoon.
Late reg closes in $25K High Roller PLO/NLH: 214 entries created a total prizepool of $5,029,000 and a first prize of $1,172,296. 33 players will get paid a minimum of $50,000. Juha Helppi (below) is still leading, Daniel Negreanu is up to 13th.
Phil Hellmuth eliminated from $50K PPC: Maksim Pisarekno was first out today and he's been followed by Hellmuth, who cashes for $109,459 in 14th.
Josh Reichard hits 17-point field bonus in $2,500 NLH: He lost half his stack earlier on, but Reichard has hunkered down and is still in with 25 left. Aaron Kupin (28th) and Blaz Zerjav (33rd) were eliminated before the field bonus kicked in.
Phil Ivey sets PPC record, looks for first win: Ivey has cashed in the $50K PPC a record 6 times, but his best finish in the event is still his third place in 2006 when it was played as a $50K H.O.R.S.E. He finished 7th in 2024 and 6th in 2023. Could this be his year?

The $1,500 Millionaire Maker will play down to a winner later today. Michael Monroig leads the final nine.
We'll also see a winner crowned in the $1,000 PLO – 23 remain, but only one will claim the bracelet. Daniel Hachem, son of 2005 Main Event winner Joe Hachem, remains in the hunt.
The $50,000 Poker Players Championship won't crown a winner today, but if you're looking for a sweat – this is the tournament to keep an eye on. Both Phil Ivey and Phil Hellmuth remain in the hunt with 15 players remaining.
The $1,000 Super Seniors is down to 103 remaining hopefuls following Day 2 play yesterday. Kelley Slay leads the pack headed into Day 3.
With 34 players remaining, the $2,500 NLH will play down to a winner tonight.
After a slow start to registration, the $25,000 High Roller PLO/NLH drew a field of 140 entrants. Only 60 of those remain in the hunt, but registration remains open until Level 12. There's no shortage of notable names in this one and they're all looking up at chip leader Juha Helppi.
We'll also see Day 2 action in the $1,500 Freezeout NLH.
And, last but not least, we've got two events kicking off today – the $1,000 Tag Team NLH and the $10,000 Limit 2-7 Championship.
