It's another Friday at the WSOP – here's what to expect from the day.
The $1,000 Seniors Championship restarts action with 25 players remaining. Homan Mohammadi leads the chips counts.
The $25,000 PLO High Roller is down to just five remaining players. Eelis Parssinen, the Finnish four-card phenom, leads the pack with $2.1M up top for the eventual winner.
In the $10,000 Mystery Bounty NLH, Alex Anton leads over a field of nine remaining players, followed closely by WSOP Circuit crusher Josh Reichard.
Is today the day Shaun Deeb breaks free of his curse ? We'll see, but it's looking good for the American as he holds a commanding lead over the remaining 21 players in the $3,000 9-Game Mix headed into the final stretch of play.
We'll see Day 2 action in the $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. Championship. With 69 players remaining, the chip counts read like a who's who list of mixed game masters. Here's a few names still in the mix: Jesse Lonis, Scott Seiver, Patrick Leonard, Viktor Blom, Jennifer Harman, Chris Vitch, Nick Schulman, and Brian Rast.
The $1,500 5-Card PLO rolls on to Day 2 as well. Japan's Suguru Nakajima leads the 76 remaining players.
And last but certainly not least, the $50,000 High Roller PLO kicks off today – expect many familiar faces in the mix there.
And Mike 'The Mouth' Matusow is getting the meltdown party started.
