It's been a big year week for multi-bracelet winners at the WSOP to add to their already impressive jewelry collections. Josh Arieh picked up his fifth career bracelet six days ago in the $10,000 Limit Hold'em Championship, and two days later, reigning WSOP POY Shaun Deeb picked up his sixth career bracelet in the $1,500 Eight-Game Mix tourney.
Today, it was Benny Glaser's turn. The British pro and mixed-games specialist picked up his fifth career bracelet by taking down Event #38 at the 2023 WSOP, the $10,000 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw Championship.
Glaser's been on a run at the WSOP for nearly a decade. His first bracelet win came in 2015 and he quickly added two more the following year. His most recent triumphs have come in lowball games. He won the $10,000 Razz Championship in 2021 before taking down the $10K deuce-to-seven triple draw on Sunday.
Glaser topped an elite field of 130 lowball players in winning his latest bracelet, collecting a nice $311,428 payday. The win pushed his career WSOP earnings well over $3 million, and his global tourney cashes are approaching $7.5 million to date.
