One of Brazil’s premier live poker circuits, the Kings Series of Poker (KSOP), is headed to GGPoker for a special online running of this noted tour.

Known for its live events across Brazil, in cities such as Rio, Sao Paulo, Balneario Camboriu and Fortaleza, the KSOP has helped to foster the country’s booming population of poker players.

GGPoker already hosts online satellites for many KSOP live events, and is now hosting a KSOP series online from October 6-20, open not only to players across Brazil but also to the online site’s legions of players across the world.

$1M GTD Mystery Bounty to open, a $1.5M GTD Main Event to close

A packed two-week schedule begins on October 6 with an $88 tourney guaranteeing $100K, with a Mystery Bounty event later that day guaranteeing $1M in prizes.

Buy-ins across the series range from $15 to $525, with the series-closing $1.5M GTD Main Event offering a $215 buy-in. Every event on the schedule features a guaranteed prize pool - check the full tournament schedule for details. 18 events will award trophies, and a series leaderboard will give out $100K to the top performers.

“KSOP became one of the best series in the world and the main live poker circuit in Brazil,” according to GGPoker ambassador Felipe Ramos (pictured above), “You can qualify for all live events here at GGPoker, and what is more exciting is that you can now compete online.”

Following the online series, the next live KSOP event takes place at the Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort, Rio de Janeiro, from October 28 to November 6.
