The Vegas Golden Knights have the potential to close out the NHL playoffs tonight. Holding a 3-1 lead, the Stanley Cup is only one game away, possibly theirs tonight on home ice.
Chris Hunichen won't be there, but that's not a terrible problem to have.
Hunichen comes into the $100k High Roller second in chips on Day 2, less than one big blind behind the Spaniard Adrian Mateos. As such, he had to sell his tickets to the game.
"I'm so mad I didn't wear my Knights jersey today," he told Dan Smith while sitting down for the day. "I got in the car and totally forgot."
Smith was sporting his jersey, though he sits down with about 15 big blinds today. He immediately ordered a massage when he got to the table.
"When you have 15 bigs, you have to get the massage in early," he told Hunichen.
"I sold the tickets for $4,200 a piece, at least I made some money on them," Hunichen shared.
"Do you have people at the house," Smith asked, and Hunichen said yes. "Tell them you're effectively chip leading the High Roller and get them to bring you that jersey."
The game starts tonight at 5 pm tonight local time. We'll keep an eye on the Big Huni and see if he gets that jersey.

Tonight may be a massive party tonight in Las Vegas. We'll see if Hunichen also has a big stack to make missing the potential clincher worth it.
Best of luck to Hunichen and all the High Rollers today. But, also, Go Knights, Go!
