On Tuesday, ClubWPT Gold launched Pot-Limit Omaha games on its site, adding both cash games and multi-table tournaments in the format, while also announcing the expansion of its territory to include all Canadian provinces aside from Quebec.

ClubWPT Gold Ambassador Doug Polk, having just kicked off his latest cash game challenge, fired up his stream to show viewers the brand-new PLO tables. Polk has challenged himself to either double or bust a starting bankroll of $50,000 and took a shot at the $10/$20 PLO games – at least until a bug on the site ended the fun

Polk also took to Reddit in the days prior to the introduction of Pot-Limit Omaha games and the northern expansion to answer any questions. While exact details about the Canadian launch remain unclear, Polk stated that the region "will be added in on Tue or Wed."

Below, you'll find a collection of Polk's answers to a variety of questions – on the Canada launch and PLO games, but also the platform in general.

Are there any plans to add other countries in the future? Asking this as an Aussie, would love to be able to play online legally.

Looking into all possible options!

What are deposit and cash out methods for players in Ontario. Also how long does it take for withdrawals? Is there KYC?

Will mainly be credit card/bank transfer assuming its the same in Canada as the US. Yes you will have to KYC with ID.

Hi Doug, will this include Ontario even though they are segregated from the rest of the pool?

Ontario will be in the same player pool!

Will Canadian and American players be in the same pool or is it different sites?

Same pool!

Any chance WPTG comes back to the states that enacted the BS sweepstakes bills?

We are evaluating every state individually, it is very likely we get back into some of those markets. Stay tuned over the next month or two.

Any specific updates or insider knowledge on whether NJ players can get back into the pool?

No NJ update at the moment unfortunately.
