The Estrellas Poker Tour returns for 2023, with five stops scheduled across several locations in Spain. The stops on the tour are:
- ESPT Madrid - Gran Madrid Casino Torrelodones, March 23-April 2
- ESPT Castellón - Orenes Gran Casino Castellón, June 29-July 9
- ESPT Barcelona - Casino Barcelona, August 21-27
- ESPT Málaga - Casino De Juego De Torrequebrada, Sept 14-24
- ESPT Sevilla - Casino Admiral Sevilla, November 2-12
Each stop has a €1,100 buy-in Main event and a €2,200 buy-in High Roller event. There are also satellite tournaments available to play online. Players can win either a single seat to a tournament or a seat plus expenses package.
A new partnership in Spain
One of the highlights of the tour is the newly inked partnership with Campeonato de Espana de Poker (CEP). There will be a series of live events from PokerStars and CEP to kick-off each stop on the festival before leading on to the ESPT events.
Salvador Suriol, CEP Manager, said, "We are delighted with this agreement. For years, the Organization has been working to consolidate the deal of the Spanish circuits as a leader and benchmark in poker. In 2018 we were the circuit with the highest number of total participants, in 2019 we were the circuit with the highest number of participants, both total and on average of all the stops. For sure this new collaboration allow to the CEP will take another leap in quality and we hope that the players are as excited as we are."
