It was only back in March that PokerOrg spoke with CoinPoker ambassador Mario Mosböck about the ‘next chapter’ for the relatively young online poker platform.
At the time, the focus was on an updated app and client rollout, new features and a rakeback promotion. But skip forward just a couple of months and CoinPoker has announced a new partnership with one of the most prestigious brands in live poker.
The Triton Super High Roller Series in Montenegro kicks off today, and CoinPoker is an official sponsor.
Triton events come with large buy-ins — the cheapest ticket in Montenegro is $25K — and attract many of the very best players in the world. Action is also streamed live for free via the Triton website, reaching a wide audience of poker fans around the world and, thanks to the new sponsorship deal, putting CoinPoker in front of even more eyeballs.
Together with its recent appointments of more high-profile players in ambassadorial roles, CoinPoker is clearly making a big push for market share in 2026.
And in time-honored fashion, part of that involves sending a player to compete for huge money, for free.
Win a seat in a $25K Super High Roller
The new partnership comes with an opportunity to win a package to play a $25K event at Triton’s series in Jeju, Korea this September.
The ‘Road to Triton’ promotion will give away a package which includes:
- Entry to the $25K No-Limit Hold’em Super High Rolller event
- Round-trip business class flights to Jeju
- 5-star hotel accommodation during the stay
The $25K event was won last year by Jeremy Ausmus, who took home $1,892,000. The prizepool for the 2026 event is expected to top $10M.
There are two routes to winning the package, one for new players and one for those already playing at CoinPoker.
Here’s how to win a package and join poker’s biggest hitters, playing for millions of dollars.
- Step 1 (new players)
New sign-ups to CoinPoker can use code ‘TRITON’ for eligibility. Play either one real money tournament, or 50 cash game hands within the week, for entry to a Sunday Qualifier Tournament.
- Step 1 (existing players)
If you already have a CoinPoker account simply enter a Road to Triton Freeroll, running four times a day.
Win a freeroll for entry into that week’s Sunday Qualifier Tournament.
- Step 2 (all players)
Sunday Qualifier Tournaments will run weekly from May 17 to June 14 at CoinPoker.
The winner of each week’s tournament will go through to the Road to Triton Final Table.
- Step 3 (all players)
The Road to Triton Final Table will be a five-handed battle, date tbc, where the winner will receive the package to go play the $25K event in Jeju.
The Triton Super High Roller Series Montenegro is running now until May 28, including the $200K invitational event (May 19-21) and the $100K Main Event (May 21-23).
Triton Jeju will take place from September 7-22.
