Maria Ho headlined the Bally Live Poker stream last night, with $25/$50/$50 action at the Commerce Casino and PokerOrg's KieroLovesYou and Jared Griener on commentary.

They promised a special mystery guest to celebrate Ho's debut appearance, and it was Arden Cho who was unveiled. And the actress and singer went on to surprise the other players with some high-level play.

We knew Cho had chops, but she tried one exceptional bluff against Nick L last night.

With effective stacks of $19.6K and $4.6K in the middle, Cho moved all-in with on the board, putting Nick L deep in the tank.

Does she get the bluff through? Check out the video of the hand above. You can re-watch the full stream of last night's action on YouTube.

Mixing with the elite crowd

Cho has been playing poker for over 10 years now, with her first recorded tournament cash at the 2013 WSOP, where she finished 75th from a field of 2,816 at a $1,5000 no-limit hold'em event. But she's been playing a lot more frequently recently, and recorded her best ever result in January when she came second in the PGT Championship for $200,000

She bested high-stakes crushers like Artur Martirosyan and Isaac Haxton on that final table.

Cho also enjoyed a deep run in the 2022 WPT World Championship, finishing 55th for $71,400. She played again last year at the Wynn Las Vegas but fell before the money.
