From August 14-25, 888poker will take over the city of Manchester in the United Kingdom for an 888poker LIVE Series. The Manchester festival offers tournaments for every bankroll, culminating in the £1,100 Main Event with four Day 1 flights.

Back in April, JaackMaate and some of his friends got together with the 888poker ambassadors for a video series — aptly named, Tag Team Poker. With a £10,000 prize on the line, the action started out jovial, but quickly turned competitive as the cash came into focus.
JaackMaate and his cohort were up against it playing versus the 888poker professionals, but the game rules smartly accounted for this to even the playing field. As a result, the pros — Nick 'Easty' Eastwood, Ian Simpson, Vivian Saliba, and Josh Manley — were the the ones feeling the pressure as the game went on.
