The World Series of Poker and its international online partner, GGPoker, have released the schedule for the upcoming WSOP Online 2022 bracelet series. Comprised of 78 total bracelet events and hosted by WSOP.com for the U.S.-based portion of the series and GGPoker for the international events, the overall series will span more than nine weeks overall, beginning on Sunday, August 14 and ending on Tuesday, October 18.
The series includes partially overlapping components for the GGPoker and WSOP.com bracelet offerings. GGPoker's online bracelet events will run from August 14 through September 27, while WSOP.com's bracelet events begin on September 10 and run through October 18.
It's the third straight year that WSOP.com and GGPoker have coordinated to offer a full online bracelet series with distinct U.S.-domestic and international components. The 78 events are split across the various markets and sites as follows:
- GGPoker - 33 bracelet events
- WSOP.com NV/NJ - 33 bracelet events
- WSOP.com MI - 6 bracelet events (one each Sunday during the U.S. portion of the series)
- WSOP.com PA - 6 bracelet events (one each Sunday during the U.S. portion of the series)
The GGPoker portion of WSOP Online 2022 includes events with buy-ins ranging from $100 to $10,000 and includes these highlighted events:
- $1,111 Every 1 For War Relief – Sunday, August 14
- Million Dollar Mystery Bounty - $10M GTD, 1M Top Bounty Prize - $210 buy-in – Monday, August 22 (Day 2)
- $10,000 Heads UP NLH Championship [No Late Reg][128 Cap] – Saturday, August 27
- $10,000 Super MILLION$ High Roller NLH - $5M GTD – Sunday, August 28
- $1,500 MILLIONAIRE MAKER NLH - $5M GTD, $1M for 1st – Monday, August 29 (Final Day)
- $100 FLIP & Go NLH - $1M GTD – Monday, September 5 (Go Stage)
- $1,050 WSOP GGMasters HR Freezeout NLH - $2M GTD – Sunday, September 11
- $400 COLOSSUS - $3M GTD – Monday, September 19 (Final Day)
- $5,000 No-Limit Hold’em World Championship - $20M GTD – Monday, September 26 (Day 2)
“Online bracelets are just as prestigious as live tournament bracelets,” said Daniel Negreanu, a GGPoker Global Ambassador and the winner of six WSOP gold bracelets. “I’m glad that we’re creating a new tradition to celebrate the online game, and I’m striving to add my first WSOP Online bracelet to my collection.”
On the WSOP.com side, buy-ins range from $365 to $10,000. The NV/NJ offerings include these highlighted events:
- $500 Monster Stack – Sunday, September 11 in all markets (NV/NJ, PA, MI)
- $400 PLOSSUS 6-Max – Saturday, September 24 (NV/NJ Only)
- $365 No Limit Hold’em Turbo Deepstack – Thursday, September 29 (NV/NJ Only)
- $777 Lucky 7’s – Sunday, October 2 in all markets (NV/NJ, PA, MI)
- $1,500 No Limit Hold’em – Tuesday, October 4 (NV/NJ only)
- $500 Big 500 No Limit Hold’em – Sunday, October 9 (NV/NJ, PA, MI)
- $1,000 WSOP Online 2022 Championship-Sunday, October 16 in all markets (NV/NJ, PA, MI)
- $10,000 Super High Roller [1x Re-entry] – Tuesday, October 18 (NV/NJ Only)
The events in the above list including PA and MI are actually three separate bracelet events each, one for the combined NV/NJ market and two others for each of the Pennsylvania and Michigan markets, which remain firewalled single-state markets at the present time.
Both GGPoker and WSOP.com will offer online satellites for all of the listed bracelet events. All 78 bracelet winners will automatically win a free entry into the 2023 WSOP Tournament of Champions, which will be held at the live WSOP in Las Vegas next July.
