Ari Engel was the most drafted Pick 3 player, but he's been eliminated in 160th for $3,300. We spoke to him about his bustout hand.
"The button is a big stack who's been going super-hard for bounties. The small blind is short and is down to 4bb. I'm big blind with 15.5bb.
"Button shoves, and I think his range is everything. In this spot he's never folding. If he has aces or something like that, he's going to min-raise. He's going to shove all his really bad hands.
"He's not folding. If he has 3-2, he's shoving. It's any two minus his big hands.
"I have 9-T in the big – not that amazing, but with the bounty overlay I think it's worth it. There are few short stacks on my table, so it's not like I can wait to have other short stack spots.
"The big stack had Q8s and the short stack had A7, and somehow I didn't win it."
