Daniel Negreanu's latest vlog has just hit YouTube. In this one, Negreanu does battle in the $25K PLO High Roller – but it doesn't exactly go according to plan.

YouTube video thumbnail

Here's what to expect when today's WSOP livestreams kick off at 6:00PM PT.

The $10,000 Mystery Bounty NLH plays down to a winner today – and that's a lock to feature on the stream.

Hopefully the cameras can bring us action from one of the tables in the $3,000 Nine Game Mix. Shaun Deeb holds a massive chip lead and is looking to improve on an uncharacteristically cold summer.

Shaun Deeb Shaun Deeb
Hayley Hochstetler

And with only 25 players remaining in the $1,000 Seniors Championship, is it too much to ask for a little coverage of that event? Don't worry, we won't tell Jared Bleznick.

It's another Friday at the WSOP – here's what to expect from the day.

The $1,000 Seniors Championship restarts action with 25 players remaining. Homan Mohammadi leads the chips counts.

The $25,000 PLO High Roller is down to just five remaining players. Eelis Parssinen, the Finnish four-card phenom, leads the pack with $2.1M up top for the eventual winner.

Event #79 $100,000 HIGH ROLLER PLO Day 2 Eelis Paerssinen Eelis Parssinen has a shot at a second WSOP bracelet today.
Jess Beck

In the $10,000 Mystery Bounty NLH, Alex Anton leads over a field of nine remaining players, followed closely by WSOP Circuit crusher Josh Reichard

Is today the day Shaun Deeb breaks free of his curse ? We'll see, but it's looking good for the American as he holds a commanding lead over the remaining 21 players in the $3,000 9-Game Mix headed into the final stretch of play.

We'll see Day 2 action in the $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. Championship. With 69 players remaining, the chip counts read like a who's who list of mixed game masters. Here's a few names still in the mix: Jesse Lonis, Scott Seiver, Patrick Leonard, Viktor Blom, Jennifer Harman, Chris Vitch, Nick Schulman, and Brian Rast

The $1,500 5-Card PLO rolls on to Day 2 as well. Japan's Suguru Nakajima leads the 76 remaining players.

And last but certainly not least, the $50,000 High Roller PLO kicks off today – expect many familiar faces in the mix there.

And Mike 'The Mouth' Matusow is getting the meltdown party started

Apparently the meltdowns should follow soon – stay tuned here for any and all Twitter freak-outs.

Just a reminder….we’ve gotten to that point in the summer where 95% of people are buried. Expect to see some meltdowns on Twitter very soon!

Looking to sell some action in the WSOP Main Event?

Aaron Barone might take a piece. The 888Poker Stream Teamer says he's looking to buy from his followers on social media, and is looking for "a lot of 5% ish pieces" rather than taking 1 or 2 players for 50%.

A Reddit post is heating up that asks the question: What drinks can you order at the table that resemble alcoholic drinks?

If you're not factoring your choice of beverage into your table image, are you costing yourself EV (expected value), or EV (Eristoff Vodka)?

It's Day 25 of the 2026 WSOP. If you're tired, we get it.

But handling fatigue is one of the key skills you're going to have to master. That's why we've got two fresh new articles looking at that very topic, from authors Jason Su (The Joy of Poker) and Alex Fitzgerald (The 100 Biggest Mistakes That Poker Players Make). Perfect bedtime reading.

'Changing the course of poker history'? Eagle-eyed David Lappin spotted that the dealer made a boo-boo in the final hand of the WSOP COLOSSUS.

As most will know, when players are heads-up the first card goes to the player NOT on the button. That error meant the hands were switched, and all the chips went in as 88 met AK. It would prove to be a decisive hand.

An unfortunate dealer-error changes the course of poker history heads-up in the WSOP Colossus. Can you spot the mistake?

Shaun Deeb back on top: He's endured the worst WSOP of his life after being cursed by WWE wrestler Danhausen. Before today, he'd managed just one cash despite firing well over 60 bullets. But he's now bagged by far the biggest stack in the $3K Nine Game Mixed event – 3.5 million, compared to 1.7 million for David Williams in second. There are 21 remaining, and it resumes at 1pm on Friday when they'll play to a winner.

David Baker – one for the good guys.

No one deserves anything in this game we play but man my man Marco Johnson sure as hell deserved to win another. I’m so proud of him. An amazing player, friend, dad and husband. Winner of the $2500 NL freezeout!

Homan Mohammadi leads final 25 of the Seniors. It's an early restart for them tomorrow at 11am PT – and it could be an early finish as they don't play to a winner until Saturday.

69 players bag Day 1 of the $10K H.O.R.S.E. Championship. Jason Daly has the biggest stack (460K), Jesse Lonis is third (298K), while Patrick Leonard, Viktor Blom and Jennifer Harman also bag above average stacks. Day 2 starts at 1pm PT on Friday, and late reg shuts after the first level.

Marco Johnson wins the $2,500 Freezeout No-Limit Hold'em event for $513,885! He beat Chino Rheem heads-up. Hold fire for a full report.

Alex Foxen busts $25K PLO in 7th ($267,993). Matthew Costanzo also hit the rail before play wrapped up, leaving five players battling for the $25K High Roller PLO title on Friday.

  1. Eelis Paerssinen – 36,725,000
  2. Levon Khachatryan – 20,100,000
  3. Aaron Mermelstein – 5,300,000
  4. Sergio Martinez – 4,225,000
  5. Jeremy Druckman – 2,850,000

$10K Mystery Bounty bags for the night: Could tomorrow be the day Josh Reichard wins his first WSOP bracelet? Expect a big rail for this one. Play resumes at 3:30pm PT, with the livestream starting at 6pm.

  1. Alex Anton – 6,600,000
  2. Josh Reichard – 6,555,000
  3. Kent Stephens – 5,490,000
  4. Jovan Kenjic – 5,300,000

Odd where this landed. I took this as you helping your son get the best price he can command which increases his independence. For you to perpetually buy his pieces is obviously a terrible setup long term. Completely different to Daniel, Scott or you selling action at no markup.

For almost 20 years @RealKidPoker has given pieces of his World Series action at face value to fans of his, dating back to his old forum days. Phil Hellmuth tried to charge his fans 40% markup on his son’s tournament when he could easily take it himself if he wanted. I know which…

$2,500 Freezeout: Faraz Jaka eliminated in 4th ($180,210). Marco Johnson has the lead, with Kezno Ishida in second and Chino Rheem playing the short stack. There's $513,885 and a bracelet waiting for the winner.

$25K PLO down to the final table. And the nine players have been moved to the TV stage, which means all reporting is now delayed by two-and-a-half hours. Here's the lineup:

  1. Eelis Parssinen – 15,200,000
  2. Levon Khachatryan – 10,405,000
  3. Alex Foxen – 9,420,000
  4. Sergio Martinez – 8,805,000

  7. Jeremy Druckman – 4,345,000
  8. Richard Gryko – 3,825,000
  9. Brevin Andreadis– 2,560,000

$10K Mystery Bounty Day 2 now on the livestream. Ren Lin, Adrian Mateos and Kristen Foxen are still in with a shot at the $678,300 first prize. But not the jackpot $250K bounty – that's been pulled by Croatian Gregor Sverko.
