David Yount has spun a Club GG satellite win into a WSOP Circuit Main Event ring here in Tunica.

The 61-year old from Dardenne Prairie, Missouri crushed a final table that included accomplished veterans of the WSOP Circuit with plenty of rings on their resumes.

On just the fourth hand of heads-up play, Dustin Murphy limped and was raised to 700,000 by David Yount.

Murphy then moved all in for about 4,500,000 and Yount called.

The board came [qd][js][4c][6s][3s] as Murphy would have to settle for a runner-up finish in his 17th WSOP Circuit final table.

Donovan Dean

After David Yount raised to 500,000 on the button, Donovan Dean moved his last 1,200,000 in from the big blind. Yount called.

Chopportunites were certainly possible, but when the [3s] appeared in the window, Yount commented "oh."

He repeated that expression a bit more loudly when it was followed by the [5d] to give him the lead.

The board ran out [kc][5d][3s][9c][6c], giving Yount another knockout to set up heads-up play versus Dustin Murphy.

David Moses

David Moses raised to 725,000 in the cutoff, leaving himself a single T-25,000 chip behind.

David Yount called in the big blind , and they got the last chip in on the [as][ts][5d] flop.

David Yount: [qh][8d]

Moses remained ahead with king high and did so with the [3c] turn.

But the [8c] completed the board on the river, giving Yount the winner and making him the last David standing.
