David Yount wins WSOPC Tunica Main Event ($132,570)

David Yount has spun a Club GG satellite win into a WSOP Circuit Main Event ring here in Tunica.

The 61-year old from Dardenne Prairie, Missouri crushed a final table that included accomplished veterans of the WSOP Circuit with plenty of rings on their resumes.

On just the fourth hand of heads-up play, Dustin Murphy limped and was raised to 700,000 by David Yount.

Murphy then moved all in for about 4,500,000 and Yount called.

The board came as Murphy would have to settle for a runner-up finish in his 17th WSOP Circuit final table.

He repeated that expression a bit more loudly when it was followed by the to give him the lead.

The board ran out , giving Yount another knockout to set up heads-up play versus Dustin Murphy.
