After days of serious allegations against Nick Vertucci of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior, Hustler Casino Live has issued a statement saying that the co-owner of the popular stream will no longer be involved with the company.
The story broke over the weekend when occasional HCL player and lawyer Julia McBride (aka ‘Julia from Palmdale’) posted accusations on Twitter and invited other players to come forward.
Since then, a number of other players have come forward, including Kitty Kuo, Ash Kardash, Arden Cho and others.
Today, PokerOrg ran an exclusive interview with Veronica Brill, presenter on the Million Dollar Cash game on Hustler Casino Live, and co-host of a podcast with Nick Vertucci.
In the wide-ranging interview, Brill accused Vertucci of manipulating and lying. She said, Vertucci is a "liar, a manipulator... He lied to me about everything." She went on to say that she was embarrassed that she had believed what he had told her about the alleged incidents.

The statement, which we received from Hustler Casino Live, has now also been posted on its Twitter channel.
It reads simply, "Effective immediately, Nick Vertucci will no longer be involved with High Stakes Poker Productions. We look forward to continuing to deliver the best high stakes poker content to the community."
This is a breaking story and we will be updating as more details and reactions come in.
