Phil Ivey misses out on Triton final table after wild four-way all-in

What a spot to pick up aces. Ivey had 9% equity and Mullur just 8%. Davies was dead to a chop.

After the runout, Lee had three bounties, over half the chips in play, and the tournament was down to just eight players.

Lee knocked out David Coleman on the final table bubble when he turned two pair with on a board. 

Coleman had and only had two-thirds pot back, but the question of whether he could get away from it on the river was rendered moot when the dropped. Coleman looked disgusted when Lee flipped his cards.

Wakil takes control

One of the lesser-known names still in the field was Joe Hindry. A UK pro, Hindry hadn't cashed in a tournament with a buy-in bigger than £2,000 before 2024. 

He then cashed in the WSOP Main Event in 2024 (237th), 2025 (271st) and 2026 (1,363rd). His biggest cash came last year when he finished second in the $1,200 No-Limit Hold'em event at the 2025 Commerce Classic for $219,830.  

This is his first Triton Poker stop, and he's already finished sixth in the $25K event for $250,000 – his career-best result.

He couldn't better that this time, going out in seventh after losing AJ to Jamil Wakil's AK – but it's another six-figure score for his Hendon Mob as he picked up $105,000. 

There was another multiple elimination on the final table. 

With four players left, Wakil had a huge chip lead and was raising liberally. When he moved all-in with from the cutoff, Punnat Punsri made a stand with and Alex Anton found in the small blind. 

The flop gave Wakil two pair and almost left Punsri drawing dead. The turn gave him hope, with both him and Anton now looking for a two-outer, but the river awarded Wakil the two bounties and a huge chip lead heads-up. Wakil had 22.2 million (89bb) to Lee's 4.4 million (18bb).

Wakil was looking for his first Triton title and he almost got it on the very first hand of heads-up, but Lee doubled up when his sixes held against Wakil's . 

Wakil will be thinking about that hand as he heads back to his hotel tonight without a trophy. 

Lee turned it around and finished Wakil off after almost two hours of heads-up play, winning another flip when Wakil jammed his 5.1 million stack with and Lee called with . A ten on the flop was enough to secure Lee his fourth Triton title.
