The Triton Poker Super High Roller Series continued today in Jeju, South Korea with Day 2 action in its NLH Main Event.
The $100,000 buy-in drew a field of 196 entrants to generate a prize pool of $19,600,000 – with 31 places paid and $4,145,000 for the eventual champion.
When Day 2 began, the 109 remaining contenders took their seats to play through the money bubble and onwards to a final table. After half a day's worth of intense action, only 12 players remain.
Bernhard Binder, winner of the 2025 World Series of Poker Paradise Super Main Event, holds the overnight chip lead headed into the final day of play. The Austrian surged into the top spot late in the day after picking off a bluff from Triton first-timer Miroslav Atanasov.
Danny Tang, recipient of the Season 3 Ivan Leow Player of the Year award, finds himself a couple million shy of Binder, but still in second place and well ahead of the rest of the field. Tang has one Triton Main Event on his resume already and will look to add a second tomorrow.
China's Xu Yang rounds out the podium positions in third place.
Bernhard Binder has a shot to add another Main Event title to his resume – this time on the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series. There were two bubble boys in this one as both Samuel Muller and Hannes Jeschka were eliminated in the same hand. Muller's pocket eights were run down by Chahnhoon Jung's ace-king while Jeschka's ace-queen fell to the ace-king of Christoph Vogelsang. As hand-for-hand play was in effect at the time, the two players split the minimum cash of $173,000.
When the action resumes on Wednesday, the remaining players will return to the 75K/150K (150K) blind level to battle down to a winner.

Schulman riding runner-up momentum
Schulman's deep run in the $100K Main Event comes off the back of his runner-up finish in the $50,000 NLH 7-Handed.
After battling his way through the 70-entrant field to make the final table, Schulman began proceedings with the largest stack in play. With experienced Triton regulars like Daniel Dvoress, Ben Tollerene, and Danny Tang to contend with, a win was far from guaranteed. Despite the stiff competition, Schulman navigated his way to three-handed play against Tollerene and Matthew Wantman – making for an all-USA podium.
Tollerene went out in third place, cashing for $448,000, leaving Schulman and Wantman to agree to a deal to chop up the remaining prize pool.
The two friends set aside $30,000 to play for, but neither was interested in a protracted heads-up battle. After two preflop all-ins, Wantman had all the chips and laid claim to his first Triton title.
